I visit the place weekly with the child in my care. I think Bertie & Boo is better for toddler and bit older kids. Babies won't get much out of it, but of course if you have a friend to catch up outside of your house with your baby, it's the right venue.
I find it a bit poorly maintenanced. And you can see a deep cleaning would do a good job. They sanitize with disinfectant after every session, but you can see the soft floor actually needs a very good scrub.
It's still a decent place to go on a cold, rainy day.

We've been celebrating my son's 5th birthday with Bertie and Boo. With almost 30 children, they made it so pleasant and easy, that it is beyond the imagination. Children and parents all loved it. Children had a lot of fun, and parents had time to talk and enjoy their cup of coffee. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends for their kids parties. We just had the most wonderful birthday party for our little girl’s 2nd birthday at Bertie & Boo over the weekend ☺️ Kudos to Sam and the team members for being so helpful and meticulous in making sure all the guests were well-taken care of. A big thank you to Boo for entertaining the kids and making the day so fun for everyone 🤗 We had received so many compliments from our guests that the party was really well-run and all the kids had enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend Bertie & Boo if you are looking for a venue for your kid’s birthday!

5 stars for Bertie and Boo Adventure Island! My son had a blast at his birthday party along with all his friends. The entertainer’s were absolutely brilliant. I also had a great time with no stress due to the friendly and professional staff, all I had to do was bring a cake. Amazing service throughout, from booking to party day. We had a birthday party here for my daughters joint 2nd birthday. Everything ran so smoothly, our guests were all really taken care of and there was much for the children to enjoy (soft play, magic show etc). The best thing about it is you have 1.5 hours of fun and you don't have to do any tidy up afterwards - thanks Bertie and Boo. Highly recommend as birthday party venue
