We had an amazing dinner at Canton Blue, the place is stunning, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything from the menu we ordered was super tasty, hot, fresh and to the highest quality and standard. I am a huge fan of peking duck, and Canton Blue nailed it. It was the best peking duck in the whole London! Other dishes were stunning as well. We also tried Chinese Riesling and it was surprisingly a very nice wine! My husband had been to the Canton blue with his Cantonese (picky) client and she loved the food. It is the greatest positive feedback. We will definitely be back. The personal is very attentive and professional. Thank you for looking after us!

Not sure why this place doesn’t get 5 stars all round, some seem to under review it for price, but it’s a high end cantonese restaurant at the Peninsula so not sure what people are expecting. The duck is absolutely incredible, thanks to Kevin who made the whole duck cutting and choosing process so pleasant. The food was flawless whether the dim-sum, the black pepper steak, or the chicken. The atmosphere is lovely, its a bit tight with staff needing to walk way to close to you in some areas with large plates in hand, but I rate the place very well. Sommelier is very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the red wine we chose. Definitely coming back!

Amazing experience

What a lovely Saturday luncheon at Canton Blue, for my mother's intimate 80th birthday celebrations. 🎂 from the moment we arrived at the Pen, the service at every engagement was impeccable - always with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt truly valued and spoilt at Canton Blue. Love the decor. Mr Williams looked after us so attentively, sincerely and expertly. He even suggested the birthday long life noodles ( off the menu- and Chef was happy to do this). Portions were a little modest but very tasty. Really enjoyed the Sou Long Bao as well as the Roast pork and duck slices. They were also very mindful of allergies. The ambiance, the service were all top drawer. So thank you for the experience and wonderful memories. For my Ma especially, she loved being at the Pen as she had a very soft spot for the Peb in Hong Kong. Thank you team.

The experience did not meet our expectations. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good but the food was a let down. We found most of the dishes to lack flavour and salt. Desserts were really good though.

Overall a rather disappointing experience.
