Service: From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and room service was prompt and efficient.

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Public transportation was also conveniently close, making it hassle-free to explore the area.

Rooms: My room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious feel with high-quality toiletries. The view from my window was stunning, adding to the overall experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. You can not ask for anything better for such a good price. The service was excellent, attention and cleanliness. Rooms were quite good and modern. And they have a great breakfast buffet and they also offer gluten free bread which in my case was very important. Location? You literally walk a few minutes and you are in Westminster abbey. They even took care of our luggage for more time when checking out and didn’t have to pay anything extra for it.

Maybe the only thing I’d change is for them to include breakfast for free if you are staying. Breakfast was nothing expensive anyway. I’d definitely come back here again.

Great hub hotel... Super comfy beds... Good bathroom and spacious.
I would add that the bottom sheet on the beds need to be bigger, clothes drawers need to be added as there is plenty of room, and a few more clothes hangers would be very useful.
Overall for our two night stay it was great value... Needs a few things added like most as improvement and customer feedback is key.
Breakfast at an added £8 per person is well worth it too.

Hub by Premier Inn, London, Westminster Abbey Hotel, is ideal for visiting Westminster, London. Your lodging allows you to be a minute's walk from some of the most iconic sights in London at a very reasonable rate.
The Hub Westminster is two minutes' walk from Westminster Abbey, the House of Commons, Big Ben, and a host of other attractions. The St. James Underground and city buses are also two blocks away.
Checking in was quick and easy with friendly staff in a secure building. Our room had an excellent king bed with four pillows and pleasant, comfortable cotton linens. Plenty of plug-ins are next to your bed and at the small desk table at the end of the bed. I will always sacrifice room for a big, comfy bed. A perfect space under the bed hides two full-size bags and two deep drawers for your folded belongings. Ten hangers are ample right behind a full-size mirror. The bathroom is quite large, and the double shower was divine. A tremendous surprise was the large, plush, super-soft, cotton towels. Something many higher dollar hotels fail to have. We would like to see two improvements: turn the heat down in the hotel, and windows that open.
Just off the lobby, on the ground floor, a comfortable lounge/dining area offers 24-hour tea and coffee. A full bar is open until 2 AM every night, and the restaurant serves breakfast and a limited dinner menu. Dinner is served until ten PM. The breakfast buffet, at €8.00, is a super bargain. A full English is available, along with anything else you might imagine on the buffet. The dinner menu offers pasta dishes, macaroni and cheese, and a host of pizzas. We had a pepperoni that was quite enjoyable.
The area around The Hub Westminster is safe and many English Pubs are a quick walk from the hotel.
If you are looking for price, comfort, convenience, and safety, Hub by Premier Inn London Westminster Abbey, is the perfect London Hotel. Be sure to book early for your best price.

Spotlessly clean rooms, well maintained facilities, and impeccable housekeeping service. The hotel maintains the highest hygiene standards. The service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was not only professional and well-trained but also incredibly warm and welcoming. Every request was met with efficiency and genuine hospitality, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was the concierge arranging transportation or the restaurant staff recommending the best dishes, their attention to detail was remarkable.
