My first Michelin-starred experience, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was not only exquisite in taste but also a masterpiece of presentation, reflecting incredible attention to detail. Delicious! Start to finish, each dish was really unique and delicious. You expect to not like 1 or 2 dishes but I was really impressed with the depth and variety of flavours of everything.
They also have a non alcoholic pairing as well as a wine/sake pairing, which is a nice touch. The service was really rhythmic, each person was so lovely and attentive.

We will definitely be booking again.

This place has been great through and through! Not your usual omakase obviously, but great food and quality. The attention to detail and plating is amazing. The open kitchen is really entertaining and the mix of music between pop, old school and kpop was so good! The portions are quite generous so it was really filling, but we loved everything. My only negative is probably the dessert which was too bitter for me, otherwise great!

My wife and I had such an incredible experience at Humble Chicken in mid-July. Some of the best food we’ve ever had and probably our favorite meal on a recent trip to London. The team was amazing. The chefs present food in such a proud and elegant manner, while the beverage team keeps your drinks flowing. We had some of the most interesting sake, which came with detailed but not overly so explanations of their origins. The food was amazing. The bread service was outstanding, the lobster was insane, the beef was incredible. Really a joy to eat here
