Stayed in a Junior Suite and it was gorgeous and huge! Everyone who works at the hotel goes above and beyond! So many great food and drinks options as well. Location is very central. Spa and pool are immaculate. Definitely one of the best hotels in London! Will be coming back for sure :)

What truly topped our couple experience were the team members, from the warm welcome at the door every time entering and exiting the building, the professionalism and kindness of Benedict and Florian, the smile and warmth of the breakfast manager and every other team members we encountered during our stay! The building is stunning and full of history.  The spa, bars and restaurants we tried were all great, especially the sake bar and rooftop Japanese restaurant, Kaioku. The service in most parts of the hotel was fantastic. The only let down was the breakfast. If it's not included in your room rate, I'd suggest skipping it. At £45 per person, the offering is minimal, the hot breakfast portions are tiny and not at a level one would expect in this kind of hotel. The service was also mediocre at best. We'd definitely stay here again but go out for breakfast. There are many, better places nearby.
