Well well well…. 🤤 truly delicious, so delicious I couldn’t finish it. I wanted to keep it for later but the show theatre would not allow food 😔 🎭 so had to bin the rest… was devastating to be honest 😩 I look forward to returning to London and getting myself another burger. The shack burger yummy 🤤 very good. If you are debating whether or not to eat here.. I say give it a try especially if you are a burger person (I could eat a burger all day every day my fav). Was good. 👍🏻

STAY AWAY...Absolute RIP off. I do fair reviews and the value for money here is ridiculous. The fries are £4.50 cold and pre cooked. The burger is small the chicken bites are small. However the shakes are good. They fill you up more than the meal itself. Go somewhere else you'll thank me. Over £40 for 2 burgers 1 cold fries 1 chicken bites and 2 shakes.. I don't care what I spend but this place is not worth it. Extremely dissatisfied

Everything was amazing! One of the only places that allowed us to use the toilette without ordering. And once we were in the smell of the burgers and the food, we couldn’t resist and we ordered a shack burger which was amazing. Saiful was amazing at customer service, he greeted us and served us with extra care. Ask for saiful when you go there. My only comment is that it is overpriced for a burger. It is expensive.

This was the second Shake Shack we visited, we ordered the same meal, it was the burger with the fried onions on. The taste was good but unfortunately the patty was quite small for a £9 burger, not worth the spend anymore.

There was plenty of space to sit and eat. The overall restaurant was nice and clean and the service was good.

Burger was average, went around 11:00 pm. I ordered a shackmeister and brewed ice tea for takeaway. The burger was not wrapped and was just kept open inside the takeaway bag and it got cold after few minutes. The beef was a bit dry and hard to eat and the burger as a whole was dry, not much sauce in it. Fried shallots in the burger were good. Ice tea didn’t taste good as well and it didn’t taste like tea to be frank, sorry! The lady who served us didn’t give much attention and was just rushing and busy engaging with other friend of her. Felt a bit rude and not welcomed. The place was not maintained well, all the tables were not cleaned and when I mentioned to the staff about mayo refill being empty they just didn’t care or even responded back.
