Truly a culinary experience that must be had. Local ingredients cooked to perfection. It was difficult to get a reservation and for good reason - the food and service were outstanding. Those scallops and bacon - wow! My only regret is that we could not order the full menu. Choose your plate and add sides to share. The staff is so attentive and will provide great recommendations. The team we had waiting on us were true professionals. Oh, and make sure you don’t miss the best pint of Guinness in the big smoke.

Amazing lunch here yesterday! Started with a couple of Guinness' downstairs before heading up to our table. Lovely, friendly waitress served us. Amazing warm bread, Scallops and Ribs to start followed by a T bone, chips, leeks and carrots. All Amazing. Sticky Toffee pudding to finish. Great wine. So glad I got a reservation here. We had a good time, although I am not sure this place met my expectations. We waited for months to secure a reservation and were pretty excited.

The scallops were good, same as the tomato tarte. The steak was cooked to our liking and the green sauce was really good. The sides were good, but the portions were relatively small. Lamb cutlets could certainly use a sauce on the side. The sticky toffee pudding was good, but opt for the ice cream as the custard was way too runny.

There was not anything I hated, it's just that we didn't eat anything that blew our minds given the hype and the prices.

Staff were friendly. The restaurant was pretty noisy and it was hard to engage in a conversation. Atmosphere/lights were relaxing.

Surpassed my expectations, everything was divine. Lovely pub with 2 floors of dining for the restaurant. I like that because next time I will ask for the the floor I hadn't been on.

Pub was busy, with a good atmosphere.

Menu was good, food delicious. Highly recommend the scallops and the suet pudding!
