Everything at The Savoy was spectacular, from the historic hotel to the food to the location. Our service staff was so thoughtful and anticipated everything we needed while traveling with children. We ate at the Grill and Gallery, both were delicious. The American Bar was especially lovely and the cocktails were fabulous. We will definitely return next time in London!

We were thrilled to have the opportunity to stop by the hotel for a drink. The service was exceptional, and the hotel itself is stunning. However, both my wife and I found our cocktails to be underwhelming, especially considering their high price. We had anticipated something special.

I had the privilege of staying at The Savoy, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was upgraded to a suite, which was an incredible space — elegant, with all the charm and sophistication The Savoy is known for. The personal service was outstanding, particularly from the lovely Elliott, the butler, and the attentive housekeeping team, who ensured every detail was perfect. Nothing compares to the level of customer experience The Savoy provides. It truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality.

This is the first time I have visited The Savoy hotel.
My family and I went for Festive Afternoon Tea.
I walked into the Afternoon restaurant and felt like I have been transported back to the 1920s, the room is beautiful and has that feeling also they have a Piano player and a singer -I loved watching them play.
The staff were helpful, our waiter was awesome, very energetic, cheery, chatty and gave my family a great experience.
The atmosphere was peaceful and charming.
The food was flowing. The food was tasty.
The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
I liked that we have to put our jackets into the clock room (they give you a number)
Womans toilets were huge and had hand towels for each person.
We sat in the Reading Room while we waited, peaceful and relaxing, the woman who served us was lovely and liked she interacted with my nephew.
We went outside the hotel and they had fake snow falling from the room -magical.
Definitely recommend visiting this hotel at Christmas.

I went for the afternoon High Tea. I couldn't be happier with my choice.
The place is just absolutely gorgeous, I was greeted with such a warm smile from every staff member. I made this trip to London to celebrate my birthday. I was doing a solo trip. It was such a lovely surprise when they presented me with a plate decorated with happy birthday wishes, and a candle on top of a little chocolate cake. So, elegant.
Celebrating solo was a great experience at the Savoy. Thank you all staff for your kindness towards me. I will never forget this birthday celebration.
