I had a great experience with Apricity’s AMH test. The at-home kit was easy to use, and they even have a helpline if you need extra support when collecting the sample which I thought was great. I had a great experience with apricity clinic. The main things that I liked most about this clinic was its one stop shop price. With a lot of clinics and fertility treatments there can be a lot of hidden costs and it can rack up really quickly. Apricity has no hidden fees so there is full financial transparency and you know what to expect. I also loved the app, I thought it was so user friendly and made keeping up with the appointments so much easier. There is also a lot of support from the clinic including free mental/ emotional support and counselling which i thought was great too. I highly recommend apricity and would happily go there again for future fertility treatments.

It all started so well and became an absolute nightmare. Don't waste your money using Apricity as the middle man. Go direct, it's far cheaper. Every conversation the price was changing. Important information missing from the get go which lead to tests being completed which then needed to be repeated. So disappointed as I did my research and they looked good. Formally complained and it just got brushed away.  Avoid! They take advantage of people in a heightened and vulnerable position.

I've donated twice with Apricity and would love to donate again. A great amount of time and care is provided by the Apricity team on both sides and there was always someone on hand to answer my questions.

The app is intuitive and the chat function makes it super easy to communicate with the team.

The best part though was how compassionate everyone was. No one hesitated to give me a call when I needed it and I was even offered counselling without hesitation as part of the process.

Even with the best intentions, the gift of donation can be a little overwhelming at times and I really have to hand it to the Apricity team for doing everything within their power to make the process as comfortable as it was rewarding :)
