ای کاش ستاره صفر یا منفی وجود داشت. حیف یه ستاره ای که به این کمپانی دادم. پیش از کرایه کردن خونه از این آدمها، چندین بار فکر کنید. همه گزینه هاتون رو مرور کنید. اگه راه دیگه ای هست که خونه پیدا کنید به هیچ‌وجه سراغ این آژانس نروید. چرا؟ چون در نهایت پشیمانی براتون می مونه. با چرب زبانی پول تون رو میگیرند و دیگه این شما هستید که باید دنبالشون بدوید. در نهایت هم پول پیش (دپوزیت) رو بالا می کشند و بهتون یه لیست دروغین از آسیب های نزده به ساختمون می فرستند. با رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه سعی می کنند شما رو از پیگری پول تون منصرف کنند. اگر به هر علتی مجبور شدید از این آژانس خونه بگیرید، از روز اول همه مکالمات تون رو مکتوب کنید. پیامهای واتساپ و ایمیل ها رو چه به زبان فارسی و چه انگلیسی نگه دارید.  روز اول تحویل خونه با تاریخ عکس بگیرید و اینو روز تحویل دادن خونه هم تکرار کنید. به جای تلفن زدن برای گزارش خرابی ها، عکس بگیرید و مکتوب درخواست کنید که رسیدگی کنند. پولی که روز اول برای قرارداد گرفتن ازتون گرفتند هم غیر قانونی. راههای ساده ای برای پس گرفتن پول پیش هست که توصیه می کنم به هیچ‌وجه کوتاه نیاین و حتما پول تون رو پس بگیرید. قانون با شماست. سایت هم آفیس رو مطالعه‌ کنید که از حقوق تون بعنوان مستاجر مطلع باشید.

I wish there were zero or negative stars. It's a pity that I gave this company one star. Before renting a house from these people, think several times. Review all your options. If there is another way to find a house, do not go to this agency. Why? Because in the end you will regret. They take your money with a fat tongue and you are the one who has to run after them. Finally, they take the advance money (deposit) and send you a false list of damage to our building. They try to dissuade you from pursuing your money with aggressive behavior. If for any reason you have to buy a house from this agency, write down all your conversations from the first day. Keep WhatsApp messages and emails in Persian or English.  Take a photo with the date on the first day of delivery and repeat this on the day of delivery. Instead of calling to report breakdowns, take pictures and request in writing that they handle it. The money they took from you on the first day to get a contract is also illegal. There are simple ways to get your money back. The law is with you. Read the office website to know your rights as a tenant.
