For the price of this place, you'd think you're actually getting a 4 star stay. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. The rooms are run down and dirty. The towels smelled like foot and there were several stains on the desk, couch, and carpet. Much can be presumed about an establishment that let's the other guests smoke weed at all hours of the day. Much more could be said about the housekeeping which allegedly you have the ability to schedule on your own time so as not to disturb you, however they knock once before entering your room at nearly 7pm with no indicating from us that our room needed turned over.

The location is great, and the hotel is fine. Staff was nice, rooms are good and comfortable. Slight problem with noises coming from other rooms - I woke up with someone else’s alarm clock - but other than this it’s a quite alright place.
4/5 because they never ever made the bed while I was there. Super strange. But they did go to the room every day to clean. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Horrible Stay – Avoid at All Costs!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I arrived to find that my room had absolutely no heating, and the temperature was unbearable. When I contacted the front desk, they gave me a tiny, cheap portable radiator—one you’d expect to use while camping—not something you'd expect in a hotel. It was a joke. I was freezing all night and couldn't get any sleep.

As if that wasn't bad enough, there was no hot water. I couldn't even take a proper shower, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. After a long day of travel, I was left with nothing but cold water and frustration.

The room itself was disgusting. There were stains all over the bed and on the walls. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks, if not longer. I can't even imagine how they justify charging for a place that clearly doesn’t care about basic hygiene or guest comfort.

I paid way too much for this horrible experience. This hotel is a rip-off and definitely not worth your time or money. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else—you’ll be much better off.

I do not believe this hotel deserves any stars. Myself, mother (who is a wheelchair user) and my daughter checked in for 1 night, naively didn’t check any reviews as it was such a last minute booking. We checked in at 2030pm after a long day of sight seeing. We went to make a cup of tea and our kettle was full of what I can only describe as mouldy milk, mugs were dirty, the walls where filthy, our mattress was stained, the bathroom was stinking and stains in the sink and shower. I went down to reception with the dirty kettle to be told he would clean it and bring it back up.. 40 mins later he returned with the kettle, it’s safe to say we did not use it. The curtains were hanging on by a thread.. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I showed the receptionist my concerns and I also told reception on checkout. I was told guest relations would be in touch. 2 days have passed and I’m still yet to hear. This hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And their customer service is even worse!

Do NOT Book This Hotel Unless It's Your Only Option!!!! I hope to give 0 star!!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

1. Check-in Process:
The front desk staff was shockingly rude and impatient, almost throwing the receipt at us. It was an unpleasant start to our stay.

2. Room Condition:
The attached photo speaks for itself.
- The bedsheet was dirty and yellowish.
- The toilet had no space to hang towels, and the provided shampoo bottle was empty.
- The coffee machine was filthy, with a leftover capsule inside that had mold—absolutely disgusting!
- The cabinet had very limited space, making it impractical to hang coats if you’re traveling during winter.
- The room had poor soundproofing, you could hear noises from the corridor and neighboring rooms.
- The pillow smells so bad!!!

3. Wi-Fi Connection:
The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, with only 2 bars out of 3. It was nearly unusable.

4. Room Service:
This was the most ridiculous part—when we ordered food, we were asked to collect it ourselves downstairs instead of it being delivered to our room. What’s the point of calling it room service?
Also, paying in cash, they didn’t provide any change, so you’re expected to have the exact amount. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Overall, this hotel is **not worth the money** and completely spoiled my mood. Avoid this place at all costs!
