This would have to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in - all over the world. From the lighting being carefully considered, the the temperature being perfect, every touch point was perfected. We love the club rooms to work from, and the gym was well appointed. The pool was amazing and we loved using the sauna and steam room. The rooms were large considering everything in London is very small, and the walls and doors are thick - so there is very little to no outside noise - which means you sleep so well! The bed was so comfy and the pillows too - I slept so well while away. Highly recommend this hotel, outstanding!

An oasis of luxury hidden away in South Kensington - from the moment you walk past the stone guard-dog statues you are immersed into the stunning world of The Other House.

The decor is quirky, colourful, warm, welcoming and jaw dropping gorgeous! The attention to detail helps transport you and instantly makes you forget that just outside is the big smoke and London.

By chance, read about The Other House a few months ago and knew we had to visit and stay. It's not cheap and importantly not expensive for London and more so west London and the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea.

Our club flat (Allison 13) was on the lower ground floor and had its own shared private courtyard - from its lovely living and kitchen spaces, brilliant rainfall shower and bathroom and of course the lovely bedroom with courtyard views.

A bonus of staying gives you access to all the member's areas including the members lounge and the beautiful hidden den with its 100 inch TV!!

After a long busy and boozy Saturday in London, my wife and I wanted a chilled Sunday and we loved cuddling up on the sofa and watching a movie in what felt like our very own private cinema (there is also a gym, spa and pool).

Breakfast was super yum and there's plenty to choose from (including vegan options).

We sadly didn't get to enjoy the Owl & Monkey bar but always next time.

The House Jacks (staff) are super helpful and welcoming and only help to make your visit / stay memorable.

Without a doubt, my wife and I have found our home away from home, our Other House, hidden away in South Kensington but a walk or short ride from all that London has to offer.

The most lovely experience for a stay in London - a truly special place with a real eye for detail. Pool/sauna/steam was a proper treat, and service was impeccable to boot. Not to mention, the bartender can really mix a negroni - wow. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else next time I’m in this city.

This residents club is AMAZING! The decor is exquisite, rooms better than a hotel and the bar and restaurant exactly what we were looking for.

It also has a spa and pool, making this place better than many 5 star hotels in the city.

This is a fabulous hotel just around the corner from an underground station. The decor is fab and there are lots of nice seating areas and fabulous bar and brasserie. Loved our stay, thanks. Room nice and quiet despite central location. Would definitely return
