A very lazy person packed our order, crammed 10 cans into one tiny box and made no efforts to stop them from being damaged in transit, 9 cans are heavily damaged meaning they can’t be used for our review page. Customer service team is very poor and offered a 10% discount code for future orders… insulting when new customers get 10%!!!!! I won’t be returning and want this issue looking into further. Very disappointing as I’d have hoped to be a regular customer at a new & unique brewery but after my experience I can say we won’t be back. Shocking.

I ordered the limited-edition Companion Series set box. I was blown away when it arrived, earlier than proposed, in pristine conditions and well-designed packaging. So far, all the beers are fantastic, well crafted to adjust for the bread addition in the mash. Broad and diverse profile variety. The online ordering process was swift, the delivery impeccable (through Beerhunter), and top product quality. Besides the purpose of this COP26 stand, it was an excellent showcase to get to know more of the craft brewery market in the UK.
