Fun experience. Very small so be aware of that. Not much room to get up the staircase!

Lots of fun photo opportunities though. It does mess with your head a bit being uneven and stuff being stuck to the roof. But that’s part of the fun.

It’s really well located about 1 minute from Wood Lane station (come out and turn left) and it’s right next to Westfield.

Staff member was friendly and mindful I was on my own and offered to take photos for me.

I was supposed to get a tote bag with my visit but it wasn’t mentioned and I forgot. But got a quick and easy refund when I rang head office.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re going to the BBC or Westfield. Totally worth it for the photo ops! Just wish there was one up north somewhere.

This was a fun experience but there wasn't much to do inside the house other than to take funny photos and to have a look around what was inside (yes everything is upside down), as for the general admission ticket price of £7.95, this seems a little pricey for a quick 15 to 20 minutes time spent, I am glad Groupon has a deal paying £4.64 (I managed to pay for 3 people). The staff were friendly and polite, we were warned about certain things, one included about feeling nauseous, this feeling happened on the second floor, we were offered to have a picture taken which was nice.

Loved the place. We came - 2 friends - and took close to 40 pictures. We surprised ourselves and our friends with the results. The pleasant agent offered to take pictures of both of us together. This is an unforgettable experience that is highly recommended.

We added this as an extra to a planned trip, as we aren't local to the area. I would not have an exclusive trip as you only get around 20 minutes in the house. The kids enjoyed posing for silly shots, and the adults appreciated the smaller details. Ample room for 2 or 3 families at one time. A good way to spend time on a grim Saturday.

A little dizzy there, just walk, no running (watch your head on the ground floor).

Maximum 20 minutes there.
Better go in the morning.

The ticket price on February 2024 was £ 6.95 per person.
Children age 3 or under can go free.
Ticket is cheaper when you buy online.
