Excellent stay. The hotel is very conveniently located (1 minute from the Tube). Both the  room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room, as well as hair dryer and ironing board. Breakfast has a good selection, including freshly-made waffles. We appreciated the attentive service from everyone, from reception to cleaning staff.. Special shout out to Adhi in the breakfast room: he was very kind and chatty while working hard. After breakfast, we left the hotel to run an errand and came back soon after. He saw us coming back and asked if something had happened and if we needed help. We didn't but we appreciated the kind gesture. We'll happily stay again during our next visit to London.

Great hotel located in the heart of London. We got upgraded to a room with wonderful city view. Good 24/7 gym. Had a lovely chat with Yeafi (member of the hotel-staff) at the breakfast, great service! The breakfast was also tremendous. Really enjoyed the stay!

Had a lovely staycation at the hotel. Staff were very friendly &, attentive. One of the best breakfast selections I’ve enjoyed in the hotel. Fresh hot food and deliciously appealing fruit and veg options. I very much admired and appreciated the staff’s efficiency in seamlessly managing guests enjoyment of the breakfast experience. I’d especially like to express my thanks to Adil, whose attention to details is much to be admired. I shall definitely be a returning customer.

Highly recommend! Best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The hotel and service was amazing, rooms were great, the included breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was great about allergy requirements and making sure I knew what I could eat. When we arrived at night I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the night scene only a block away, but once inside I felt so comfortable and safe and you couldn't hear a thing. Absolutely great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection to start the day right. A special shout-out to Pranav and the rest of the staff – they were all incredibly kind and helpful. Also, kudos for the luggage storage service, which made my last day in London so much easier before heading out. Highly recommend this hotel!
