Thank you we had a great stay. There was an event arranged at the Hotel. Every detail was seen to. I arrived at midday to stay overnight for one night. Nothing was too much trouble, an excellent room with a superb view was ready in minutes. The room was beautiful and so clean and the bathroom had a gold bath & a power shower - with elemis body washes - and was also stunning. The lifts were also modern and up-to-date. Someone from catering arrived with a welcome tray of treats with the word "Enjoy!" written on the dish. My mum arrived by car after me and she decided that she wanted a late lunch. The hotel is at the heart of Covent Garden and close to all of the distractions - restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and the theatres. We both walked up towards the main high street and found a stunning café open on a Sunday, called, "Redemption". I enjoyed a much needed cup of tea with oat milk and my mum had a tuna and cheese toastie which she enjoyed. I felt so much better after this! At the event there was an outdoor balcony with views of the city. Lovely drinks & warm canapés. The room was an amazing place to go back to with television & radio & of course a stunning bathroom. I took all of my makeup off and enjoyed a dead sea body mask from
home, which was washed off with their bath salts in their gorgeous gold bath. Also brought a bio collagen face mask which was worn overnight The next day I woke early and went straight down to breakfast at around 8am. There was a coffee and hot chocolate machine and an unlimited breakfast buffet, there were lots of people & families there. The staff were excellent smiling and chatty. I had packed and was ready to leave so put my bags into the concierge and was given a ticket at around 9am. Then briefly met up with my family at 10am. We needed to be out of the rooms by midday. I left just after 10am and was home by 11am. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms, lovely bar for a party, prime location in a lovely area with a great atmosphere. I felt like a luxury tourist in my own country!

The staff on reception are excellent, as is the location. The rooms are ok (no minibar, wooden floors (I prefer carpet)) and if you're on the first floor you can hear the music coming from their dining area that turns into a club on Fridays and Saturdays until 1am. If there is one thing I don't like in a hotel, that is being kept awake by noise. Also, when we first arrived they put us in a limited mobility room without informing us beforehand. Some people won't mind, but for us, it felt like we were in a private hospital room, and my late father, having passed away recently, it wasn't a good feeling. They need to inform guests if they are putting people in such a room..IMO. Anyway, they did switch our room the following day, so that helped a lot. They have an option for "green clean" so no linen towels changes, beds made, etc. That's all good and fine, but it also means they don't clean dirty cups and glasses and don't top up the coffee, milk, tea, etc. That's not good, although one can get these items direct from the very helpful and smiley receptionists. Also, when housekeeping does clean, it's not done very well. We still had bits on our floor and we had to ask for the tissues to be filled up...twice! We did inform reception of this at the time, and they were very apologetic and helpful...So...location and receptionists really make this place. The breakfast is pretty good and complete, too...the housekeeping sadly not to the level expected, at least not for us, and we stayed a week and a half. The bar upstairs has a great location, although watch out as the last order is 45 minutes before they close!

Hotel room was ok, but restaurant very popr for any dietary requirements (especially multiple) and staff weren't that attentive or friendly. Reception staff were welcoming though. Location was perfect for our needs

So I’ve stayed in 5 or 6 hotels over the years in London ranging from $200 to $800 a night and this has to be the worst value for money. Don’t get me wrong, the location is great, but there are hotels within 5 mins walk that are both cheaper with bigger and better rooms. It’s like they got a blueprint for a hip hotel, started building and run out of ideas and space when they got to the actual hotel part. The cozy room is for literally 1 person, 2 people CANNOT move in the room at the same time - the bed and the tv is all there is space for. They reel you in with a balcony which is more for decoration than actual use cos again, can only fit 1 person. Mind you, for 6 nights that cost came to $2901 🤯

Unfortunately we were given a very small room. If I were to book again I would ask for a larger room or a balcony before booking, but I wouldn't want to pay more. I honestly think it was too small for a couple, even with luggage for just one night.

It does have a rooftop terrace that we would like to have tried. But the weather didn't make using that possible. Otherwise, it is a hotel mainly about its location, which is of course perfect for Covent Garden and shopping, but Soho is a bit of a walk. It is clean and very modern but I missed the spacious, classic and historic feel of other hotels in this price band in the area.

After my stay the management contacted me and were very kind and wanted to hear about my stay and seemed really interested in making the best they can of the hotel for guests who might want to come back.

I would give it another try if I could go maybe in the Spring, use the roof terrace and have a larger room. Another positive is that the bed was really comfortable and the room was very quiet, great sleep :)
