Ordered over £135 worth of food and drinks. Once we ordered and paid someone came to our table to tell us that one of the fresh juices wasn't available. We were asked if we wanted to substitute it for another one to which we said sure. All our food arrived and the drinks never came. After 45 mins I had to speak to them to demand a refund. They were not busy at all. They had our ticket in the pile of tickets completed. Ridiculous.
