Pit stop for fresh coffee and this was in walking distance from the hotel, first impression is this place is very cute inside.  The exposure of food is a bit off putting although it is meant to be chosen then paid for I think having seating near and past the food exposes it to germs.  Mocha and hazelnut latte definitely hit the spot for some fresh brewed coffee.

The back seating area is superb to come to with friends - feels extremely cosy which is quite nice throughout the year.

The food is decent - I always seem to get something disappointing, but it's moderately good. It feels like it's getting more expensive though, as my husband and I spent £12 and 15 (respectively) the other night, and it wasn't exactly piled high (I was still slightly hungry afterwards), and that was without drinks, bread, or dessert.

They also have changed dinner drinks ordering to where they give you a plastic card as your tab. You weigh your plates at the till as normal, but instead of ordering drinks there, you have to do so at your table. (They won't even let you order at the till - they instruct you to go back and order from the table.) It's needlessly complicated for something that should be a simple concept.

Tibits was a great find!  I am vegan and gluten-free and my husband is lactose intolerant.  Going out to eat can be quite challenging, especially when travelling to a new place.  Finding Tibits was exciting since they had  a huge selection of items we could both eat and the food was delicious!  I was so thrilled to have so many options that I filled two plates and finished them both! My husband and I returned the following night for more!  

If you have food allergies you will be excited at the spread at this restaurant.  If you don't have food allergies or restrictions, you will be surprised at the amazing flavors the restaurant has evoked from the food!  My biggest revelation here was the "egg" salad.  I have an egg allergy and haven't touched egg in about 10 years.  Egg salad is one of those things that I really miss and Tibits nailed the flavor and texture.  They used a spice I hadn't heard of prior (Kala Namak) to get the sulfurous flavor of the egg and it was spot on!

Such a wonderful selection of food. So many vegan and gluten free options. It was all so delicious and I love that I can try anything I want. No commitment to ordering a main dish, instead there's tons of options. Good for picky eaters too! I'd come back in a heart beat

Whoa, this place is amazing. The selection was fantastic, the pay what it weighs is great, the vib is super relaxing and friendly!

From the outside, this place is SO cute, which is what attracted us in the first place. However, the food was very pricey and very subpar. Everything was very salty, especially the stir-fried noodles (which tasted, as a whole, very interesting...). The falafel, however, was actually very good! But all definitely not worth the money. We ended up wishing we had saved our stomachs for the cafe at Tate Modern--though we couldn't really enjoy our wine and desserts there because our stomachs were hurting.

Amazing place!!  I had to double check with the staff multiple times that I was reading the little "V" labels correctly, as I couldn't believe (almost) everything was vegan.  It is so rare to find a buffet restaurant where I'm not relegated to 5% or less of the options.  Super happy to find this place, and I highly recommend it to vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores alike!  Delicious desserts, by the way!

The food here is exactly the same as the original Heddon Street location but this restaurant is more comfortable. It's in a great location just behind the Tate Modern which is perfect, there has been a bit of a vegan food desert around Waterloo so it's good to have an option that isn't a big high street chain. We sat in the conservatory out back which was really comfy, it's a great space. At night it was a bit dark but you get a cool view out the glass ceiling. It almost feels like you're in someone's house until you look up. We saw some interesting alcove/booth seating downstairs too. Everything else is pretty much the same, even the decor and construction looks like the other Tibits so it's the usual excellent pay-by-weight vegetarian/vegan menu. They had a nice Swiss lager on tap too.
