Nestled in the heart of London at 1-63 5 Chicheley Street, the Slug & Lettuce offers a quintessential British pub experience with a modern twist. While the Slug & Lettuce may be a popular chain pub, it stands out with its lively atmosphere and friendly service. Notable features include its extensive selection of cocktails, with favorites like the Iberico ham croquettes that offer a perfect crunch and a rich, creamy filling. The pub's central London location makes it a convenient spot to relax after sightseeing or before a night out.

Not a bad place, but a pretty typical chain pub. The servers were really nice, but the place has little charm.

Not worth the price. Fish was cooked with way too much oil. Even our tour guide told us that locals do not get fish and chips in London. Best was in Ireland! If you order drinks we found that Britain pours were very overpriced and small. Could not believe they would charge as much for such a small pour.

We needed a place that was open relatively early before our 1pm ABBA Voyage show and they opened early enough for us. The pancakes were small! Portions were small to decent. Prices were ok. It all tasted fine, nothing special. If you need a quick bite, this will do.  Service was friendly and a little slow. Pub style atmosphere.

This was a pretty standard bar place which happens to be right near the busy Waterloo station.  We stopped in for a quick bite before a theatre show, and it got the job done.  There's no real indication of what to do, so you have to go to the bar to order even though there are menus on the tables.  They do bring your food and drinks to your table, but it seems like they just assumed you know how it works there.  Bar food is decent, though you probably wouldn't go there just for the food.  But with all the drinks they have, you need something to soak up the booze, right?

It is the TGIFs of London. Great drinks and the same type of menu. Had fish and chips and they were bland. I can only recommend the drinks - unfortunately what I wanted they told me I had to pre order which I thought was kinda weird like no tourist is going to pre-order - but hey saved me money and I am grateful.

They have a 20 pound tea which is awesome! It mimics any other average tea, and was great for a decent experience. Also: we went to the slug and lettuce in Watford, but it seems like all of them have similar layouts and menus. 

I recommend coming for tea - they have 3 different options: one with tea/coffee, the next with tea/coffee and 2 glasses of champagne, then the third with cocktails instead of tea/coffee 

We opted for the second option, but the server made it seem like we were only allowed to have either champagne or the tea? but since it's S&L's fault with the wording on the menu, she kind of honored it. 

We enjoyed the sandwiches, scones, and other desserts. It wasn't AMAZING but it was good, especially for the value and experience. The place itself is really really cute, and I'd love to go back one day for cocktails.

My first day in London and I decided to pop into Slug & Lettuce in hopes to find an outlet and some food. Wow! The drinks good. Food was light and filling, but the star was the Iberico ham croquettes!! Perfect crunch and fry on the outside and wonderfully creamy and rich but not overpower filling. So good!

Had a lay over in London on my travels, decided to try Slug and Lettuce because of their convenient location considering Big Ben and The London Eye. The happy hour cockail menu was incredible. The customer service here surpassed anything I had ever experienced traveling abroad. An employee "Mz" was incredible, easy to say he was the best server I had ever had. Friendly with very nice manners. Mz left a lasting empression I thought to share.

Cocktails were very good! Would highly recommend stopping by for one from Sophie, she was great!

Lovely place with super kind staff! Everyone was very attentive, the food was very flavorful, and the atmosphere was a vibe! The cocktails were a hit, and having buy-one-get-one is always a nice perk! I would definitely recommend stopping by for a fun environment with good food and drinks!
