Cafe Nero is the spot great pastries great coffee and great service. I had the lemon tort, red velvet cake oatmeal bar cookies and coffee. I schmurdered them all and enjoyed every morsel

Yeah, not impressed with this place. It's always got a huddle of people around it, so I figured it must be good, but no! it's good a huddle of people around it because the staff are shit.


 If you're pouring me a coffee, don't stop to chat with your friends! Don't talk about work in the middle! I stand there and get angry (mentally hoping the rest of your day is rubbish) and to be honest, it's rude and it hacks me off. If there's something very important that needs discussing, fine, but frankly, I don't care what your shifts are next week (assuming said coffee person doesn't get fired for being rubbish) They made me late. For no good reason.


 And the ammeretto latte? Bit rubbish actually. Way too sweet. Couldn't finish it.


 Not impressed with Cafe Nero. Totally put off with trying the other chains now.
