Service: We were taken care of warmly and thoughtfully. We arrived and got a table that was too close to the door... when a table opened up, we were promptly moved. Our server was very sweet and helped us have a full English experience. 

Ambiance: quiet for a pub, but also lively enough. I would go back to be amongst these things that have been around since 1846. Gorgeous place! The trip to the bathroom is fun... see video.

Food: I had the fish and chips and steak frites. The fish needed salt; otherwise it was SO crunchy and perfectly cooked. The chips were SO good. My server helped me with the malt vinegar and ketchup part. The steak & fries came with a Bernaise sauce and it was 10/10 home run! 
We finished up with the sticky toffee cake and it was amazing. 
I would go back for the steak & cake. YUM

Great place!  The food and drinks were awesome.  

Our server was very attentive and friendly.  This is your typical London pub.  Great vibe.  I would definitely go back.  

If you're staying in/near Victoria Square, drop in. You won't regret it.

What a lively place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at The Queens Arms. The food was delicious! The fish was perfectly light and crispy. My favorite was the chicken Caesar salad wrap which was super juicy and flavorful. On the menu, it was listed as a light bite but the portion size was large enough to be an entire meal, especially with the side of greens. The cocktails were also very good. However, they were definitely not the strongest drinks I've had, especially at their pretty steep price point. 

For an early weekday afternoon, there were a TON of people. There was a good mix of locals and tourists, which I think suggests it's a pretty good spot. This meant that service was pretty slow though. Two tables with large parties were seated after us yet served their drinks before our drink order was even taken. The food also took a long time to come out (but totally understandable because it was very busy). Regardless, this place is a great spot to meet with friends and have a pint - I would definitely recommend for the good vibes and bites!

I had a wonderful experience here as I came for the traditional Sunday dinner.  The service was friendly and helpful.   They were able to squeeze me in without a reservation. The restaurant was full The Yorkshire pudding was spectacular as was the carrots.  The beef was different than I was expecting, but I'm sure it was traditional.  Don't miss the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream - memorable. Very nice pre-Theatre meal.

What an incredible meal we had here at this restaurant. The server was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered a frozen margarita that was quite lovely. For supper I had the salad with cucumbers, pomegranate seeds and feta cheese. It was refreshing and the perfect size. My husband's fish and chips were cooked perfectly and he was very pleased with his meal. We shared a sticky toffee pudding dessert. The caramel was rich and the pudding delicious.

My wife and I had a great fish and chips meal with a scotch egg for a starter.
The ambiance was good and the place was very clean. Our server was Rian and he was very attentive to our needs!

Great introduction to Scotch Eggs and Sunday roast.  Despite always being reserved they do take walk ins on Sundays.

We wanted that London pub experience and found this place. It was super cute and lively when we walked in the main floor. We actually got to sit in the upstairs room which was a nice 7 or 8 table room with good service. He brought us everything and checked up on us frequently. 

Drinks were great! We had the steak burger and the fish and chips. I thought the chips with the fish and chips were a bit excessive in size. I get they are supposed to be bigger but the ones that came with my burger were perfect. There was a tasty, somewhat spicy sauce that came with the burger I'd pay to get extra of.

Visiting London for the first time since 1985 - the pub was highly rated and close to our hotel.  We loved the pub atmosphere- it was a large mix of locals stopping by for a pint and other for a full meal.  We split everything except the delicious wine.  It was fabulous

Great food and service. We went to Sunday roast.   It was excellent.  Returned later for pub dinner. Another great experience. Food was great and the service was excellent.
