We stopped in for lunch and hadn’t pre booked a table, but were offered one straight away.
The food was superb and the service was fantastic. We both had the mussels to start with and the chicken for main. Both were absolutely huge portions and cooked to perfection.
If you’re looking for great food with great service then definitely try it.

I have stopped for lunch after seal watching at Horsey Gap.  I walked in with no advance reservation and was offered a table. Ordered 2 courses (starter and main course) out of 3 course dejure menu. Was offered a free complimentary starter too. The menu offers good variety of dishes and is not overpriced. Enjoyed the meal and the service. Parking is available on site.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent 8 course taster in the perfect environment. The service was attentive without being overbearing and traversed the line between being relaxed and formal with ease, creating the perfect environment for a festive dinner.

The food itself was showstopping, easily surpassing establishments holding 1 or 2 Michelin stars, but the delivery with charm, in the rural setting, blending the best of a country pub with the aspects expected of a fine dining venue are something special. We'll be coming back and back again.

My wife and I went for lunch today and it was excellent, both food and service. The lunch set menu (2 courses) was £28 and we were given a couple of lovely appetisers and the choice of starters and mains were great. Cheese souffle and Sea bass were the highlights. Ellie looked after us and made the whole experience complete.   Well done all. We will be back

What amazing food and service. Although not a dog friendly place. We sat outside with the dog and decided to just grab some food for the smaller menu. Although we were outside and eating from the smaller menu we were treated like we had just spent hundreds. The service was impeccable, kind, friendly and warm and staff treated us both with such respect and professionalism. We had the soup, hummus and the truffle and Parmesan chips. They were absolutely delicious!!! We will certainly be revisiting without the dog next time and eating from the main meau. Thank you for a lovely evening
