I've been lucky enough to travel and stay in many wonderful and unique establishments around the world but none compare to how welcome and comfortable the good people at Mýse made us feel. The attention to detail is second to none, they strive to proactively make guests comfortable in thier immaculately clean and well-maintained rooms and restaurant. The food is an experience that words can't do justice to- they've assembled ingredients unique to the area and combined it with classic comfort and absolute attention to detail. The flavours are incredible at every step and take you on a journey of the area.
The wine pairings are excellent - both in the presentation which is full of historical character, but most crucially they complement the courses perfectly and provide an exciting and interesting companion for your culinary journey.
The restaurant is surrounded by incredible natural beauty and provides a wonderful backdrop for your experience. Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful and flawless, I can't recommend them enough

We had a lovely meal and overnight stay. The tasting menu and wine pairings were fantastic. Staff were wonderful - knowledgeable, really accommodating and thoughtful (even came to meet us at the car and took our bags in for us when we arrived). The room was also great. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the future!

Had a fantastic lunch. Beautiful food and surroundings. Every course was delicious. Our personal favourite was the scallop dish and the chicken dripping dip for the bread was inspired. Definitely one of our best ever meals.

Fantastic dinner. Great service, amazing cooking and wonderful wine list, but the wine pairing is very good. We stayed over, I would 100% recommend this, the rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is very good takes all the worry out of who will drive or not drive. They were very welcoming with our dog, everyone knew his name when we arrived and they had personalised treats and blankets for him. All in this was an amazing experience from start to finish
