What a fabulous time we had! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed a beginners clay shooting experience here this week. The staff including Lucy and Roy were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Our instructor Warwick was brilliant...kind, helpful, engaging, and entertaining. He made us all feel at ease and gave clear, accurate and helpful advice to help us improve our aim and hit many clays! The ground is tucked away on the edge of a small airfield, is well maintained and with varied and interesting shooting scenarios. Happy teenager's and parents! Thank you all!

We attended the Oxfordshire Shooting School for a "have a go" session. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, it was easy to book and Lucy was very accommodating. The lesson was great fun and although complete novices - we were made to feel very welcome by both the staff & members. I've already started recommending it to friends & family.

A few friends and I went here for a “have a go” session for my birthday and what a great experience it was. A few of us had shot clays before and a few of us new to it, but we all got so much out of it and had a great time. The instructor was brilliant and kept a smile on our faces throughout. We did 3 different traps, which all brought a different experience to it, the club house was also warm and welcoming. I think several of us will be tempted to try the sport many more times.

Not your usual clay pigeon shooting ground and/or shooting school. The Oxfordshire Shooting School is set in lovely surroundings,  run by even lovelier down to earth staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There are also great instructors young or old, you’ll have calmness and patience in abundance. And with a sensible pricing policy. OSS really does have it all.

Brilliant experience! Booked via 'The Big Shoot' then rescheduled two years later due to Covid. Five of us turned up, we paid extra for a bacon roll (with tea/coffee). It was one of the best bacon rolls I have had (homemade bread). The lady in the club house was very welcoming. Then we met our instructor (Warwick) who was awesome. He was funny, helpful and gave great instruction on how to improve with tips and advise. The location was excellent, loads of parking, really nice café/toilets/club house and grounds (Clubhouse sold merch that was reasonability priced). Really clean and well maintained. The shooting bays were really good with a range of different clay flight paths (one of them rolled across the floor [rabbits]). Thank you Warwick you was awesome and professional, location was awesome. Highly recommended!!!
