Following my delivery yesterday I am sitting in my spa writing this. From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was where we wanted to make our purchase. Greeted with an enormous smile by Sean, he was absolutely fantastic. Never pushy and actually steered us in a different (and cheaper) direction from my initial ideas based on my own research.
He took the time to show us all of the options, talk us through the benefits and drawbacks and never once was push or "salesy".

We ordered that day.

Sarah in the customer services team was also incredibly lovely and patient while we sorted out power and bases for the installation.

Then came the delivery.

The team were superb, again super friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. Had the whole tub setup and running in just over 2 hours (and were especially patient with me when I wanted the tub rotated mere degrees to be in line with the block paving). Took us through all the workings and how to care for the water and tub.

Bought our new hot tub from Artesian and there was never any pushy sales person in store trying to get us to commit. They were very informative and patient and gave us a lot of helpful advice.
Once we did commit it was very quick and easy and the guys carried out the installation quickly and efficiently and ran through the operation and care very well.
The tub itself is great, well made, very quiet and easy to understand the controls.......

We needed to replace the cover for our 10 year old hot tub and the service we received from Artesian Spas was excellent. Ordered over the phone with a very competent advisor and the service was so quick, within couple of days we had our new cover which is great. Highly recommend

Its still early days, but so far so good. My wife and i are very please with our purchase and so glad that we opted for the Hawaii over the smaller 2 person tub, which is what we initially was going to purchase. Great service, honest advice and most importantly a great quality hot tub. Fingers cross we have years of trouble free hot tubing , we now know where to come should we need more great advice, Thank you Artesian  Spas.

We purchased a hot tub from Artesian Doncaster for our daughters 18 Birthday Maisie who has Down Syndrome and wanted a spa which would provide hydrotherapy for her muscles  ,. We don't know anyone with a hot tub so we started our search in our local area . we found this company very professional, no hard selling just lots of good advice.

The sales team were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly,  the hot tub was delivered a day before Maisies birthday, the delivery  team were lovely and set it up in a couple of hours, we just had to wait for it to fill up with water.

After using the hot tub for a few weeks, I can honestly say it is amazing, Maisie has been in it when its snowing, late at night watching the stars, every afternoon after college. all the family love it .

I would highly recommend this company
