We bought a used MG4 Trophy only 1 year old, registered with the dealer themselves and being used by the manager time to time.It looked pretty new and when we test drive we didn’t see any problems.
However on the day we purchased it on the way back from the dealer we had faulty signal on the dashboard so I called them straightaway but no answer so I came back home with the car (I wish I went back to the dealer to return the car)
After lots of calls and e mails, they either don’t answer at all or very slow reply.
Now 4 months later problem isn’t solved so we decided to deal with MG head office but not this dealership and our local MG dealer is taking over the repairs.
We found out the problem must have been always there and the local dealer thinks it never been working properly.
I still think MG car is great but just avoid this dealership.Because they are not trustworthy at all so go to other MG dealer if you want a MG car.

Oliver was helpful, attentive and provided fantastic service. (He’s right about the good coffee!) Seamless process and took less than a week to come see a car, test drive, and take it home!

The staff at WIlsons were very good - in particular our sales person was brilliant as she didnt push me into any particular make nor try and make me up my budget. That said, the car had some mould inside where it had been sat and whilst they cleaned this before pick up, when I drove the car home and looked again there was still some left inside. Shame as it spoiled the experience a little although I am still pleased with the car and the overall service provided (just the cleaning element let it down slightly)

Saw the advert online re some very good pricing on a new MG hybrid and booked a test drive. Regan was our sales exec and was very professional and very courteous. We struck the deal on the same day and a few days later picked up our chosen vehicle.
