Lakeside is one of the largest shopping malls in UK. It’s has largest number of car parking spaces for shoppers. Massive food court. Prayer facilities. Has all kinds shops. For children there is lots of activities and playground too. Being bored of shopping, then just go out for walks in broadway, beautiful lake, go for boat ride. I just simply love it.

Coming from the East Midlands, the Lakeside Shopping Centre is enormous. So many stores and so many places to eat, you could spend all day in here. There is plenty of parking too. Only downside is, that due to its popularity the traffic to get in and out can be a big struggle

Lakeside looks great this christmas 2024. We came across the salvation Army charity collection with a live band which created a lovely atmosphere. Indoor carousel came in handy as it was miserable last weekend so the funfair was closed due to bad weather.
There is also an indoor train ride that ventures outside so always something for young kids while you are doing Xmas shopping.

Massive shopping centre with everything you need, clothes, shoes, accessories, food, entertainment. Loads of free parking. Overall, it is always well maintained and clean. Some parking area staircases constantly smell of pee though. Gets really busy on weekends. If u find yourself in the shopping cente a  couple of hours before closin,  manyrestaurantst in the food court offer highly discounted dishes through Too Good To Go app.
