Delicious. A fine dining restaurant with great service. Did the tasting menu with wine pairing. pretty generous with the wine too. Food was delicious. bartender made a cocktail tailored to my taste.

Always wanted to go to Heaneys, and the £35 5 course set lunch menu deal gave us the opportunity (deal was even available on a Saturday).

Fair to say it did not disappoint. Absolutely sublime from start to finish and an incredible culinary masterclass. Potato terrine and ox cheek were particular highlights but all of it was 10/10. If you get the chance to go, don’t think twice - it takes the dining experience to another level

Heaneys is by far is our favourite restaurant in Cardiff.  It never fails to impress and wow us!  Every dish is a delightful surprise, a piece of art and an experience in its own right.

Staff are lovely, welcoming and very friendly and whenever our party asks for some dietary adjustments, the chef is always happy to accommodate.

The restaurant offers a variety of eating options, an affordable set menu, a taster menu and a an A La Carte menu, so plenty to choose from.

Every time I tasted something, I was absolutely mind-blown. I had a SHORT tasting menu and it had about 9 different dishes in it. I was so full by the end of it, I can’t believe someone survives the full version. I firmly believe now that the whole reason I was born and emigrated to UK is so one day I could find myself in Cardiff trying Heaneys food. No joke
