Great place to eat. Food was exceptional and the environment warm and inviting. We were close by the fire. The service here is terrific. All were great but we were primarily looked after by Maria and she in particular really stood out. Really great with us all. Thank you too.

Had a wonderful weekend away with my wife at the Punchbowl,  the hotel is located in a quiet corner of the lakes that we love.
Our room was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, we ate in the restaurant on our first evening- what a wonderful meal we had, we ate off the set menu and it was 10/10. The service of the staff is impeccable and nothing is any trouble.
The breakfast each morning was very good with a cooked offering served to your table and a small buffet with additional items like yoghurt, pastries,juices  and fruits etc.
All in all a wonderful stay, looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely tranquil location. Beautiful decor and friendly staff that really make you feel special.
Cozy atmosphere with log fires for those colder nights.
Food is 5 stars you must try the soufflé either the cheese for starter or the banana for sweet or BOTH !
Well stocked bar for me this place ticks all the boxes.
With plenty of parking the Punch Bowl is not to be missed.
For a romantic meal or a special occasion you will not be disappointed.

My son has just had his wedding here. What an amazing day. You honestly could not fault the staff, they were so helpful and caring. The food was spectacular. They really looked after us all. Well done the Punchbowl xxx

Not a regular pub. Their food is lovely.
We ordered cheese soufflé, confit duck leg, fish and chips, and creme brulee. The mains were cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was just right.
Staff were smiley and attentive. Food was served quickly.
