This hotel is very outdated and away from everything you'd want to do. The rooms are spacious, but they seem like they haven't been updated since the 1980s. There is a very old feel to the hotel, and not in a good way. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were tiny. The beds didn't have comforters, they had something similar to two sheets. The bathroom did not seem very clean, perhaps because it was so old. I would never stay here again.

WiFi was not the fastest or most stable, but it was workable. Walking distance to a small grocery market and two pharmacies; some restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. *Every* staff member was courteous and helpful.

Rooms are out dated but, they keep the units clean. Updates are definitely needed.

Outdoor pool areas and grounds are very clean.

The pools and jacuzzis are nice and relaxing.

Okay, let me leave a review that I wish I would have saw before staying here. These rooms are VERY dated & dirty. I have been to tons and tons of tropical islands and I have never had lizards in my room. We had about 10 lizards in our room & when I asked about it I was told there was no avoiding it. There is about an inch gap under the door so it is no wonder they just crawl right in along with the other types of bugs we came in contact with. The worst part is the lizards seemed to like the wood that the headboard was made out of so where do you think the lizards were?? Yup, right by our bed. I actually left Aruba and this hotel a day early because I did not feel clean and comfortable in the room. If you have kids like I do, you can forget about them feeling comfortable. They were scared the whole time after seeing so many things in the room. The one thing I will say is the staff were friendly, happy hour has strong drinks and it is close to everything if you have a car rental. Aruba as a whole was very fun but next time I would definitely stay somewhere else!

The place is ok, but don’t expect too much. They require you to have credit card as they will charge you a protection fee $200. There is not allowance to smoke inside which hasn’t been stated on the page. You have to go outside to have a smoke. At 11 pm everything is closed and looks like a Death Valley. Overall it’s ok but I wouldn’t come back here.
