I don’t know where to start! Mediterranean food is my favorite and to come across this absolutely EXQUISITE , hidden gem was the highlight of my trip. The food here will 110%. Take your tastebuds for a magical ride. And my waiter was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10. One of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had and trust me I’ve had a lot!

This was my favorite dining experience in Aruba! The food was SO delicious and the ambience was relaxing!  The tea was so yummy and really hit the spot after the meal. My wife and I both felt this place was at the top of the list of places we visited during our time in Aruba. Highly recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olivia Restaurant and it was truly a delightful experience. The open concept with live plants created a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect setting for a special meal.

Every dish that was served to us was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The risotto appetizer was a standout dish, showcasing the pinnacle of fine dining with its perfect balance of flavors and textures.

I would like to give a special thank you to Jeffrey and our server Susan for their exceptional hospitality. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of; we were extremely well taken care of.

Olivia exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Hopefully we can return and try more of their delightful dishes.

Must go! We ate their two out of the four nights we stayed in Aruba. Their labneh is mind blowing - best I’ve ever had even comparing to when I had in the Middle East. Their tortellini is delicious. Carpaccio is great!
I had the grilled octopus as my main and was also blown away.
Deserts are also very tasty!
Loved the environment and the service is 5-stars too!
