I wanted to reach out regarding our recent stay in a family room at Fantasyland Hotel, booked through Hotels.com. We chose your hotel for a special family getaway, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially given the cost of nearly $400 per night.

The room, while spacious, was not one of your themed options and felt quite outdated. We noticed a strong musty odor upon entering, and the humidity levels were high, which seemed to be caused by a lack of proper ventilation. This led to condensation on the windows and made the room feel uncomfortable. Despite booking for five people, we were only provided with two bottles of water, which seemed insufficient.

In terms of comfort, the room was cold, and the heating system didn’t appear to function properly. The bunk beds, used by our two daughters, lacked enough blankets, causing them to feel cold throughout the night and resulting in a poor sleep. The overall atmosphere of the room didn’t match the high price we paid, especially without any included amenities such as breakfast or access to the Waterpark, which added to our disappointment.

It was also disheartening to hear that the lack of these inclusions was due to booking through a third-party site, something we were not aware of when we made the reservation.

We wanted to reach out to you directly before leaving feedback online. We hope you may consider addressing these issues or offering a gesture to rectify our experience.

I really like the room, like the location but the parking lot is really poorly marked until you are very close to the hotel. Front desk staff were amazing and helpful.
My only complaint (and it seems to be a theme reading past reviews) is that they have 4 elevators but when I checked in three were working but when I checked out only two were working. I don't think that the hotel was fully booked but there were always people waiting in the lobby for an elevator. If they had fully functional elevators I would have given 5 stars.

I just like to add, maybe there is a free breakfast as the hotel is too pricey because most of the hotels have free breakfast but they are not pricey. and if there's a jacuzzi in some rooms, maybe they can provide some bubble bath liquid soap and it doesn't need to be special as long as it will do that work. Overall, our experience is great. Staff are nice and approachable

I brought my 10 and 12 year old kids here. I rented the space room. On the bottom bunk, most of the LED lights did not work. I let them know, and they were apologetic.  But maybe they could have given him one of the welcome cookie packs that most people were getting. ALL staff were Very friendly from the front desk to the employees you would meet in the elevator or hallways!!! I did find the room to be dark, especially the bathroom. It's too bad that they didn't add a hotel pool as you can not enter the water park. Maybe that can be changed for re-entry.  It was nice to get 40% off the water park and galaxy land.  Upto 4 tickets per day.
They have a breakfast place that opens at 7am, but I never seen it🥲
The basic cable was pretty boring.  If you wanted to rent a movie, it was $24.99.  Maybe they should add Netflix for a $10 charge for the time a customer is there.

The themed rooms are always super fun for the kids, they all have bunk beds which make it easy for a family 4. The big jacuzzi tubs are also a nice touch. We've stayed in majority of the rooms and always had a great time. Some of the older rooms have a bit of wear and tear but the fun factor is still there. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was the elevator wait time on weekends. You can spend anywhere from 5-15 minutes waiting for an elevator going down and even when you an elevator stops on your floor it's usually already packed full of people. So warning if you have somewhere to be give yourself some extra time for the wait.
