Worst owner of any Subway franchise I've ever dealt with. I ordered a sub on the app and there was a deal for free drink and chips with any sub purchase but it wouldn't apply online and instead said scan in store. They told me they couldn't do it. I explained that it wasn't working properly but clearly I just bought a footlong and would he just make an exception and give me a fountain drink and chips which would cost him a few dollars. He said there's no way to do it and told me it was my fault. I said other stores have done way more for less of an issue but he said he doesn't care if he loses a customer and no problem if I don't come back. No problem??? That's how much he cares about his customers. I've been going there almost every week for years and he doesn't care and he would rather keep a few dollars one time then a long time customer. He has no idea who I work with, how much we spend in addition to when i order personally or how big our account is and he would rather clinch so hard and not give away a fountain drink and bag of chips and will now lose thousands. I keep seeing horrible reviews of this store. The workers are actually quite nice although can't seem to problem solve simple issues on the app but any owner treating a loyal customer like garbage should go back to school and learn the value of one repeat customer. The amount of money to keep someone happy is peanuts compared to trying to win them back after you've treated them like crap. I walked out feeling so disrespected and would've been such a little gesture to make up for the online and in store glitch our frustration. Hope the owner never gets treated like this at another business or dismissed so quickly by any other staff or he'll realize how absolutely worthless it makes someone feel:( worst subway experience ever and could've been so easily and respectfully handled rather than escalated and walk out wishing I never ordered from there... ever. And never again!!!!

I went in to pick up a wrap, yesterday evening. There was a customer eating at a table and one at the register paying. I waited quietly. When the customer who was paying was done and walked away, I looked at the person working in anticipation of having my order taken. He looked at me and I asked, "ready"? He gave me a dirty look and scolded me for "rushing him". I guess he feels actually doing his job and serving customers is "rushing". I wouldn't be so annoyed if I hadn't actually been waiting patiently and wasn't rushing anyone. It defnitely made the visit a negative one and I won't be returning, even though I live on the same block. To the owner: Fire the Filipino guy who was working at 6pm July 28, 2017. His lack of work ethic and bad attitude to customers is costing you business.
