Happy with this service but minus one star for the poor directions for the Broadway/Cambie/10th pick up - their site lists two different locations and the confirmation has a third (accurate). There is a lot of construction there right now and I didn't appreciate the uncertainty. After researching public transit options that didn't meet up well with ferry times I chose this option. It included the BC ferries fare so it was nice to just drive right through, wait a few min and then board the ferry on the bus. You do have to get off the bus on the ferry but even as a local I appreciated the information the driver provided about the ferry and returning to the bus. The bus was clean and appeared well maintained. The stops on the Victoria side seemed useful and thought out. I would use this service again but would definitely contact them before using that pick up point again.

Line up early 1 hour before park your car and walk into the shopping area for about 30 minutes coffee sweets clothing and treats. Fair prices The ferry is 108 each way with a car. Reservation on line are suggested I prepaid to make sure I had a spot . You can go on line to check each time for available spots. Last ferry from Swartz bay is 9 pm first is 6 am. Be on time it's a long swim. On board was comfortable seats or walk around the deck. They did help you park your car at the correct distance 2 feet. Moderately clean bathrooms changing tables food on board. Coffee on board. The clipper is on time and quick. I found it worth the cost to have a car on Vancouver Island Although next time I might just take a ferry back from Vancouver to Victoria spend the day or two and then take a ferry to seat from Victoria just to avoid the lines at the Peace Arch.

Wilson Bus sells on their website a throughfare from Tsawwassen to Fulford that BC Ferries does not accept--so basically, it's fraud. And Wilson busdriver Bob was insanely rude and cruel to a senior lady travelling alone because even though she had a ticket, he didn't have it on his phone and refused to allow her on the bus. I strongly recommend that if you AVOID Wilson Bus if you want to get to and from the ferries safely and reliably.

This was a great way to take the ferry from Vancouver to Victoria. The bus picks you up at certain spots in Vancouver and takes you to the ferry=you stay on the bus to get on the ferry and your luggage stays on the locked bus while you explore the ferry. The bus was exactly on time to pick us up and in Victoria, took us to the bus depot which was right behind our hotel. It's worth noting that they don't pick up at any hotel nor do they drop off at any particular hotels. They have selected stops they make so it is helpful to be aware of that. In our case, they picked us up at a hotel around the corner from where we were staying. The convenience was one of the best features for us as we had lots of luggage and were comfortable it stayed safe on the bus while we were on the ferry enjoying a meal and the views. We were off the ferry quickly in the bus and the last stop at their office worked well for us. We would take them again.

Yes, this is the way to go from Downtown Vancouver to Downtown Victoria. If you don't do your research, you'll find out the BC Ferries terminal is nowhere near Downtown Vancouver and the ferry dock over at Victoria is a long ways from Downtown Victoria. We made reservations for a Downtown Vancouver pickup by bus and they took care of everything else. We had no idea they actually drive the bus onto the ferry and drive off the ferry to Victoria (first on and off). You get to hang out for a bit less than two hours almost anywhere on the ferry - just get back to the bus before they dock. They dropped us at their endpoint in Victoria and we walked about three blocks or so to the Embassy Inn. Return trip was back to Pacific Central Station (we were back onto the Amtrak Cascades). Bus was clean. Driver was helpful, especially loading luggage. Pretty convenient way to go.

Really Expensive and no WiFi. For a $50 bus ride I expect to have WIFI. Also the bus went from a station near the ferry terminal (our destination) and traveled south which wasted an hour of our time. Will be looking for other options for future trips from Vancouver to Victoria.

We hired BC Ferries Connector operated by Wilson's Group to take us from Vancouver by ferry over to Victoria.They said they wld be there between 8:30am-9:00am. They showed up 25 minutes late with no explanation as to why so late. Not a reliable company and poor communications. I wld not recommend using them.
