Awesome bicycle tour of Stanley Park! I had an amazing 3+ hour bicycle tour with Zack around Stanley Park. As a history major and as a Vancouver native, his knowledge of the park's history, plants, trees, animals and the indigenous people was vast and interesting. Everyone in our group was engaged and appreciative of all the sights and sounds during our tour. There were even people not on our bike tour who listened in on what Zack had to say. The bikes were outfitted with a pouch to carry wallets, keys, phones, and small cameras and or binoculars. There's also a cage for water bottles. We often stopped to see notable landmarks, sculptures, and monuments. For the nature enthusiasts, Zack showed us blue heron nests, Beaver Lake and forest. Everyone enjoyed learning about the various trees (we even spotted a woodpeckers!) I highly recommend this company for a bike tour of Stanley Park!

Our tour guide Zack has a history degree and was knowledgeable and interesting and friendly! The tour was so fun with safe bike lanes and frequent stops. The ebikes had 3 settings so you can get a workout if you want low assist. We got to see Vancouver in 4 hours and 14 miles of biking. It was the highlight of our vacation. Thanks, Zack!

JT was a fabulous tour guide, and the day was very pretty. It's amazing how close nature is to the city of Vancouver. Extensive ride that lasted 5 hours with a stop off in Granville Island for some food. Thanks JT!

Quality and selection of bikes was great. Not great was waiting an hour to pick up a bike I had reserved and paid for at set start time, with staff unable to find registration forms I'd submitted electronically. I then had a repeat performance when I returned the bike when I waited for them to find the forms and void the credit card charge after the ride. Not having a streamlined process for prepaid, pre booked registrations was absurd. I rod for two hours but spent more than an hour picking up and dropping off the bike. Truly disappointing. It might be worth it for a weekend or multi day rental but otherwise don't subject yourself to the administrative bureaucracy.

Why 5 stars? Because it's hard to imagine a better way to see Vancouver. --- --- --- We were only in Vancouver for about 36 hours, so we thought a bike tour would really maximize our ability to see the city. And we're so happy we chose this bike tour because it was great, all around. Daniel was our guide and he did an amazing job. He was educational, funny and really came across as a true expert of the city. We took the 5-hour tour and paid a bit extra to get e-bikes so those uphill climbs were a little easier. Yes, I felt like I was cheating a bit, but I also didn't really feel like pushing myself while on vacation. Everyone we interacted with at the shop was great, too. We booked the trip through Fat Tire tours. So far, every Fat Tire affiliated tour we've ever done has been great, and this was no exception. I can't recommend this enough for anyone visiting Vancouver!

Had a great ride up to Seymour dam. The team were super helpful on all aspects including the navigation of the ride. Bike was solid and came with tools, helmet and lock and was super smooth. Don't let the half day hire scare you into thinking you have to ride between 12 and 5, picked it up at 5 and gave her back at 830pm, received with a smile. Good value for money!

We had excellent service from start to finish. Lloyd got us going and gave us good directions and advice. The day was perfect and we loved our adventure. Went from the shop to Jericho beach and back. Lunched at Granville Island at The Fish Company. When we came back Connor helped us end the day. Highly recommend the staff and the bikes :-). We'll be back!

Great service- friendly staff reasonably priced. Rented 4 bikes for half a day complete with helmets and locks. Vivienne explained how the bikes and locks worked as well as provided a map with key places to see. Will return and rent again. Recommend highly

We booked 6 e-bikes from City cycle tours to go it alone and cycle around Stanley Park sea wall path. We also ventured into beaver pond and the totem pole area. We cycled past beaches where we stopped for lunch at 3rd beach where they have bike parking, and we could lock up the bikes. All bikes come with a lock and key so you can rest and play sometimes. We had two 50 year old and three early 20s and one age 16 in our group. We all found it really easy to ride these bikes and had the best time. Lots of beautiful views and clear bike paths from shop to park. You don't need a guide if you want to go riding as there ate many cyclists and clear cycling paths.

Did half day bike rental. We did not sign up for at tour. Note: There is a discount online with advanced booking! Check in was very fast even though there were a lot of people (on a Monday no less!). Everyone we dealt with was efficient yet patient enough to describe things clearly with details (bike lock, where to go, time frames, map explanations, listened to what we were interested in and sent us off with a plan). Gave us an extra large bike no extra charge (husband is 6'5"). Amazing way to see Vancouver and Stanley Park. I returned to them because last year, they were very kind and fair to me when I had to cancel not within the timeframe due to a significant injury to one of my daughters that required hospitalization -- they were sympathetic. Very classy of them.
