I can't say enough about Dolten and the team. The food was incredible and they really came through for me. I needed to set up a corporate lunch in Richmond around.. well, nothing. I was originally going to try to cater a lunch from a food court in Metrotown and have someone bring it over, but was concerned about warming issues. I saw Dos Amigos 4.9 Google reviews compared to their 3.4 competitor and called on a long shot that they'd be able to help me out. Not only did they show up but WOW did they deliver!! They're opening a restaurant tomorrow and they still went the extra mile to amaze everyone. They did this on short notice, and accommodated dietary needs. Every detail handled with the utmost care.

We ordered take out from here and the menu had a lot of options but the food was cold and little bland. Their nachos were loaded with a lot of meat which was good and their birria tacos were excellent!! But the burrito and chicken tacos were a little bit of a disappointment.

DOS AMIGOS @dosamigosyvr @the.amazing.brentwood @exploreburnaby There's a different food truck everyday in front of Nike at Brentwood Mall. Today is DOS AMIGOS which is a Mexican food truck. I wasn't craving for the tacos so I bought the chicken logs which were breaded chicken strips on tex-mex fries. I was surprised that there were five pieces of chicken strips. They were crispy and crunchy but a bit dry. With their homemade chipotle sauce, the stripes were delicious. The fries were seasoned with tex mex powder, salt & pepper. Also found at Brentwood (on a Monday, not sure if it's a weekly thing), got Baja Fries and Chicken Logs for lunch. I would recommend getting 1 thing to share for 2 people instead -- the portions are large, and Tex-Mex is heavy stuff! The Baja was 5/5 for my husband but too greasy for my taste (also should've gotten the avocado option to feel a little healthier...). Chicken logs were great for crispiness, but I wish there were a couple bites of veggies in that thing!

Oh man!! The fries are amazing!! I was 2 months post-partum and although I was eating "healthy" I am so happy I splurged on the baja fries. They were literally the best thing I have ever eaten! Since then, the food truck hasn't come back to my neighbourhood, but I will be on the lookout this summer because I can't wait to eat them again! My friends were all jealous when they saw my meal compared to theirs. Many of them had already eaten and picked up some fries for themselves as well. That's how good they were. The perfect treat day meal.

I found this food truck today in the Brentwood Town Centre area. We ordered chicken logs which were chicken strips on a bed of Tex-Mex fries. Portion size was huge and great for sharing between two people. Food was piping hot and fresh out of the fryer. The chipotle sauce was a nice condiment to accompany the meal. Service was friendly.
