Ariel was fantastic!!! His customer service was excellent. He was extremely helpful, informative and accommodating with my car rental pick up process and drop off. The vehicle I received was perfect for me. When I dropped off my car, he was kind enough to assist me with my luggage when my ride arrived. I will definitely be using enterprise for a long time to come. Ariel is an asset to your company!!!

I experienced the most horrendous customer service in PENTICTON, BC ... I reserved a SPECIFIC vehicle over a month in advance and was even confirmed by agent the might before..I had to walk, take a bus an hour and walk again only to be told my vehicle was mot available. I was forced to take an inferior one or be stranded and not go to my DAD'S 90TH birthday and family reunion! I made it but not without a delay, a sore back from the " monster truck" and many other problems this caused me. The whole time, enterprise never offered a viable solution to a simple issue!

Good customer service and excellent quality of cars! I prebooked an economy and ended up getting an upgrade to a bigger car, a Chevrolet, to be more specific. The car itself was amazing, in excellent condition and drives so well/smooth. The other thing that I think needs improvement would the inclusion of going over the features of the car as a standard. I'm saying this because I struggled to find where things are located. When the lady took me to my car, she only mentioned the rental rate and gas

Absolute scam! We've been fighting with this location for almost a year. They claim we damaged the vehicle, but we have pictures of the car when we dropped it off that price otherwise. It doesn't matter though because they're legal trolls and they'll threaten you with credit agencies if you don't pay. DO NOT drop your car off using their after hours drop off. Do not rent your car from Enterprise in BC. Google "Enterprise BC Scam" and see for yourself...

My reservation was booked five week ago for a large Tahoe SUV- confirmed and paid. Upon my arrival the car was not available even with a confirmation the day prior. It was extremely unprofessional to put a hold on my card for a car that is not available. I would not recommend using this service. I would recommend using Hertz and renting a car months ahead and calling to confirm the make and model of the car. The employees were kind and apologetic, but it does not justify the faultiness of their reservation system. My family of 5 is now riding in a tiny compact car for a 5 hour road trip.

Avoid this place! Extremely disappointed. I rented a car and returned it after closing hours to their parking lot and dropped off the key as suggested. FOUR days after, I get a call saying there was a scratch on the rear side of the car. There was nothing there when I returned the car and it was sitting on their open parking lot for days. Anyone could've walked in from the back alley and scratch it, but they decided to blame me. I asked if they reviewed the security cameras, but they said "their cameras don't reach that far". What a joke! When I took over the car, their guy didn't even do a walk around the car to access previous damage, he just gave me the key and walked away. I had to do it myself and there was no visible damage. Now, my insurance is supposed to pay for the damage reported four days after I returned the car, just because they need someone to pay for the damage and they don't even know who did it. I've been renting there for years, but now I completely stopped doing that. They have proven themselves unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid the place! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: don't be fulled by their reply here to contact them. I did and they repeated the same story and did nothing. It's only for marketing purposes, to give you an impression that they want to cooperate. Avoid them!

I flew in from the States with my family & the YVR (offsite) branch of Enterprise we usually use had no Mini Vans so I booked at the downtown location. My flight was delayed and I arrived to collect my rental car an hour or so late. It was almost 6pm and the rental representative told me that I was too late and they had no more vehicles. I told them that my family were at the airport with a ton of luggage & that we needed to get back to Hope and their response was, "well you shouldn't have been late" When I told them of my displeasure at the lack of a rental vehicle & of their poor attitude, they told me that if I was late for a restaurant reservation and the restaurant was busy, then I'd lose my table and this was the same scenario. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same thing. Too bad so sad. It wasn't their fault I was late so suck it up. I tried to explain that sometimes, there are delays when using air travel and I got there as soon as I could, besides I was only an hour or so late, but they just repeated to me that they couldn't care less 'why' i was late, just that i was late. After much protest, they eventually offered to call around other branches to see if anything was available, they told me to wait outside (!!!!) in the cold. Well, looking into the office from the window I could see them all laughing & joking around and NOBODY appeared on the phone calling to see if they could locate a vehicle for me. At this point it was gone 6pm and most likely other branches were already closed. Realising that I was being fooled around I went back to YVR and rented a vehicle from Thrifty instead. What awful, awful service & attitude. Even from the manager. There are no excuses for this & the business owner should take note that they're probably losing customers because the place is being run by poorly trained staff with bad attitudes and zero customer service skills. Despite the excellent customer service I normally receive at the YVR (offsite) branch, this experience put me off Enterprise for good.
