I stayed for the third time, and I liked the simple and spacious room. It's very clean and the sofa by the window is comfortable to sit on. In the bathroom, there were hair irons and curls in addition to the hair dryer, so grateful. After 10 pm, it's quiet, and the bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep in. The coffee in the room is quite strong and delicious. Tri it! I want to use the sauna and jacuzzi on the second floor, but I forgot my swimsuit, so I want to try it next time. The restaurant on the first floor is crowded on weekends, so I recommend making a reservation. The hotel is conveniently located and has coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. I will be staying here again.

Stayed here for a few days and the hotel exceeded expectations. We got upgraded to PH which was super nice. The hotel has a hot tub and a sauna, an underground parking, and a nice restaurant. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was really comfortable! It goes without saying the location of the hotel is perfect and is within walking distance from the coolest sightseeing and restaurants in Vancouver. Only reason for 4 stars is that it seems a bit dated (still very nice) and there's no water / snacks included (you have to run across the hallway to fill glass bottles with water). I'd totally stay here again.

Small but well staffed hotel! There are only two elevators so if a big group comes in you might have to wait in line to go to your room- but we had a great time regardless, helpful staff and nice accommodations for what it is. I love bathrobes and they have them haha. Honestly the door to the room doesn't block out that much noise but it's nothing terrible. Tip: if you need an ATM the hotel next door has one.

I would highly recommend staying away from that hotel. Huge red flag on the junk fees. The rooms and hotel were ok, nothing exceptional, clean but similar to most hotels available in tourist areas. My big issue and the reason I put one star is the amount of extra fees they add at checkout but never disclose at the time of booking. They add marketing fees and other charges on top of the daily parking fee which were never listed anywhere at the time of booking. They add an extra levy parking fee for each day and a marketing fee for each day as well. It means that the parking daily parking fee they disclose at the time of booking isn't what you will be paying and the Marketing fee is simply a junk fee to pay for the company's commercial costs and nothing to do with the room or service. The hotel basically advertises low rates on sites like Expedia but increases the bill at the time of checkout when there is nothing a customer can do. It adds a lot to the original booking price and the manager I talked to at the hotel about those last-minute fees kept trying to convince me they were taxes which I know for a fact they are not. The hotel isn't in a great location and is not safe so I will stay somewhere else with my family and maybe not stay at a hotel in Vancouver at all after seeing the absurd amount of MRDT and "Major Events MRDT" taxes added to the bill by British Columbia.

While I was eating a salad in the lobby, Mauricio did a magic trick and pulled an avocado from his pocket then proceeded to cut it for my meal. He anticipated my desire without having to say a word. Does it get better than this?

The property is located in downtown Vancouver and we were able to walk to most places. It is literally right across from the stadium, so I'm not sure if it would get super loud during events. The hotel itself was nice, even though we saw a sign saying they were working on the second floor. The room was clean, and I liked almost everything except for the bed - SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I don't know that I've ever experienced such an uncomfortable bed and I'm honestly not that picky. Also, we were there on a Saturday morning, and at around 10am, I kept hearing kids in the hallway right outside my room. My husband stepped out to get water and said it looked like the house cleaner was cleaning a room while her kids played in the hallway. I appreciate the hotel allowing employees the flexibility to bring their kids, but they were a little loud. When we left, I realized I left something behind and tried to call several times to figure out how I'd retrieve it. I was on hold for over 15 minutes - crazy to believe that the front desk was THAT busy. Kind of frustrating! Overall, not a terrible experience, but I don't know that I would choose to stay again.

Room was clean, pretty and had a decent view of downtown. We were really close to everything and the staff was super helpful. There is a jazz bar called Frankie's attached to the hotel. If you would like to go there make sure to make reservations prior to the night of. We unfortunately weren't able to get seats. If they do sell out there is another bar that does live music just a short walk away called Guilt & Co. and it was fab!

While it allows pets, the hotel does not have its own pet relief area. The area is a public grass lot (and muddy) 2 blocks away. Not at all friendly in the rain and cold of Vancouver.

Could easily stay here for a week. Spacious, well-appointed and clean room, awesome walkable location across from the soccer stadium, friendly staff and convenient restaurant/bar. 9/10 for me - could be 10/10 with a slightly larger bathroom vanity and more lighting in the space overall.

This hotel is fantastic! There are so many great aspects of this place. First, my view from the room was excellent as I felt like I could reach out and touch BC Place. Which leads to another great thing about this hotel: the location. It's right across the street from the arena and down the street from lots of bars and restaurants. The glass refillable water bottle was a nice surprise. It's wonderful that the hotel is providing free water and not with plastic water bottles. I definitely took advantage of that! The shower was great with the rainfall head and also the wand. The cute little extras like the door knocker and the wooden key cards make this place very special. Everyone was very friendly when I entered and exited the hotel. I will definitely come back next time I am in Vancouver!
