Oväntat trevlig snabbmat med massor av val av stekt kyckling. Bra hamburgare. Och som grädde på moset, med en läcker dessert (paj med mango) ! Det är synd att vi inte har den här filippinska näringskedjan i Belgien än!

Idag, söndagen den 14 juli , gjorde jag en upphämtningsbeställning av ("Bucket Treat be", tallrik spaghetti och hink med stekt kyckling) på denna plats (Cambie) genom dörrinkastet. Innan jag hämtar ut beställningen och bara bekräftar, ringde jag butiken om beställningen gjordes framgångsrikt och personalen bekräftade att de fick beställningen. När jag kom till butiken sa jag till personalen att jag var där för att plocka ordern och sa till mig att vänta lite när de förbereder objekten. 5 minuter över och jag frågade igen om varorna var klara och det är de berättade för mig att ordern avbröts utan någon given förklaring till vad som verkligen hände med den beställning jag gjorde. Och här kommer den saftiga delen. Chefen/chefen eller vad han nu har för position, jag tror att han heter "Rigor"? Han ser gammal ut (kan vara över 60 år) och olyckligt olycklig. Han är definitivt en grinig gammal man, var oförskämd och sa till mig att det var mitt fel och att jag måste lösa frågan till dörr instrumentbrädan och bara gå ifrån mig. Han pekade finger mot sin personal och mot mig på andra sidan disken och pratade om ord som jag knappt kan förstå (Begränsad engelskakunskaper) inför andra chockade och förvirrade kunder för han betedde sig som en 5-årig unge som hade ett raseriutbrott. Hur kommer det sig att detta företag anställde en sur gammal man som arbetsledare/chef när han inte är professionell nog att medla ett problem som uppstår under hans övervakning? Jag tror inte att hans attityd inte var tillräckligt kvalificerad för tjänsten. Jag läste företagets Corporate Values när det gäller kundfokus och denna person passar definitivt INTE in under denna företagsvärdering. Hur kommer det sig att denna person var ansvarig och ledaren för sin personal när han själv inte är kvalificerad för tjänsten? För Rigor, när jag ser på dig i dag och i din ålder (60 ? ) , tror jag att du måste gå i pension eftersom du verkar trött och sur och inte är på humör för att tjäna dina betalande kunder som betalar din mat på ditt bord men också skona dina kunder genom att inte förstöra deras dag. Det är dags för dig att lägga ner uniformen och bara stanna hemma och spela mahjong mot dig själv.
