Hi not a complainer. Services for payment is all that is expected. WTAF, pics say it all. It is not hard to make a good burger, it is hard to mess it up on so many levels though.

On my hunt for the best burger joint I came across this Jem it's not cheap but it is very good I have tried almost every burger there no complaints everything is very tasty and trendy. If your looking for a burger joint worth checking out put this place at the top of your list. It's worth travelling to to try it.

We had my son's 12th birthday dinner at relish last night. My son loves burgers, and thought it time to venture to a more mature burger place. He was thrilled. They made his burger just the way he loves them, and then said his burger was on the house! and then brought him a piece of cake!!! All the adults at the table said their burgers were delicious, and the yam fries, the french fries and the onion rings were all super fresh and tasty. Especially good was the garlic mayo to dip! We thought the food was good, the prices reasonable and the servers were all very attentive. We'll be back!

We ordered for delivery, a nordique burger and an under the tuscan sun burger. Also french fries and a caesars salad. First of all if you deliver to an office don't assume we have fork and napkins available, so how do I eat a salad with my hands? The caesar salad was not fresh as the salad had a lot of brown spots really discussing. Now the burger for the nordique one who has suppose to be brie on it, there was no brie. Both of our burger had burned bacon and a burned paddy on it, in fact the paddy was so dry und burned it tasted like a show sole. On top of it was that disgusting relish which should be on a hot dog and not on a burger. All in all it was the most disappointing experience of having a burger. The statement gourmet burger is a joke as this burgers are the worst of the worst. How difficult is it to make a decent burger and a decent caesars salad, maybe stick with butter chicken and nothing else.

I have not been here since Relish took over The Sweetery. But I have to say, I was impressed with my meal today. I ordered the veggie/vegan burger (patty is made with quinoa, mushroom, chickpeas and other yummy stuff) and added cheese. It was delish! Great texture on the inside (not dry at all, like some others I have tried) and crunchy on the outside (I think they fry it). All in all very pleasantly surprised and would for sure go back for the same burger!

My boyfriend and I used to love this restaurant back when it was on commercial drive. Since moving locations, we have ordered burgers twice and both experiences were very disappointing. After moving, they changed the food suppler for what seems to be their entire menu. The burger patties used to be fresh and juicy and now are frozen and taste disgusting. Their fries have also changed and they used to have an amazing variety of dipping sauces that were all good. Most recently I ordered garlic Mayo with my fries and received this disgusting gelatinous substance (see picture) that looks like it's been sitting in the cup for months. Food aside, we ordered on skip the dishes and the restaurant missed several requests, didn't include sauces asked for, and put on items that were asked to be left off. We will not be ordering from here again and are extremely disappointed that one of our favourite burger joints has gone so far downhill.
