Average food and very poor customer service. The staff are not generous with toppings, and generally just unfriendly. I tried to use a coupon here once and the staff got into an argument about if I was allowed to use it at their location.

Was feeling a bit sick so I decided to come here to grab a cup of soup which is $2.50 which is not bad. However, it was too salty to my liking along with the saltines which made it worst. Couldve been worst but not bad for $2.50. Also got a cookie for 80cents and you can never go wrong with their cookies which is why I give this 3/5

Updated review: Came here again to pick up another panini with a coupon that I received in the mail and received much better service this time. Similar to last time, the store was pretty empty but there were two staff members working this time and they were able to take my order quickly. I ordered the Chicken cordon bleu panini this time around was in and out of the store in probably ten minutes. The only funny thing is that they have raised their drink prices since the last time I reviewed this store, which seems to have coincided with the new panini coupon we received in the mail (buy any drink, receive a panini for free). The price increases are marginal 20-30 cents at the most but it's just interesting to see how companies operate. So instead I paid for a bottled drink, and got a nice iced tea, which was altogether $2.52 (so only 52 cents more than the last time). In some ways, probably a better deal because foundation drinks are just water and syrup anyways. Overall, much better experience that the last time. But I think the cheese steak panini tastes better than the chicken cordon bleu so keep that in mind for anyone interested in ordering a panini.

Service at Subway is hit or miss, depending on the location and employees. But at the Subway located near Joyce Station, it is always miss, and this morning... wow, I'm not even sure that words can convey my experience. Over the past several decades of my life, I've encountered the occasional rude employee at shops, restaurants, and services (in general, not Subway specifically), but this is probably the second rudest encounter I have ever had (the Milestone's incident over a decade ago cannot be topped). First of all, last week, I went in one morning to order some hashbrowns before work. None of the employees were there, only who I presume is the owner/manager of that location. (I will refer to him as "the manager", whether he is or not.) I asked for "two orders of hashbrowns", and due to mishearing me or a language barrier, he thought I asked for orange juice. I told him that I did not want orange juice, just "two orders of hashbrowns", and he kept handing me a bottle of orange juice. Because his English wasn't very good, I thought perhaps the word "orders" sounded like "orange" to him or something, so I asked just for "hashbrowns". I tried several times to convey what I wanted, and he kept trying to force orange juice on me. Not wanting to waste more time (already about two minutes had passed), and feeling uncomfortable about the situation, I left. This morning I went in, and was relieved when I saw another employee there. Luckily I had plenty of time before work, so patiently waited over 7 minutes while she finished up with the two other customers in the store. Because there was a problem with ringing up a customer's order, the manager came out to help her, so the manager was around when I ordered. I told the employee what I wanted (hashbrowns, coffee, and cookie), and when she asked me a question about my order (what kind of cookie I wanted), I replied (white chocolate chip and macadamia!), and then all of a sudden, the manager, who was at the cash register, violently slammed down his pen on the counter, glared at me, and stormed off into the back. I am not exaggerating. A moment later the manager stormed back to the cash register, and started yelling at me, about how I "won't talk to him". First of all, I was answering the employee's question--why would I respond to him when she was the one who asked me a question? Second, it was the employee taking my order, not him. Third, of course I would prefer to converse with someone who understands what I am asking for when I order and doesn't make me uncomfortable. Fourth, so what? His behaviour was completely unacceptable, especially as I was not being rude or causing problems. I told the manager that I was going to make a complaint, and he became more aggressive and yelled at me to shut up. I am absolutely flabbergasted at the manager's outburst. Perhaps he's going through a rough time in his personal life or something, but DON'T FUCKING TAKE IT OUT ON ME. Your shitty life is not my problem.

Went there at 9:15 and the store was still closed. Looked us dead in the eyes and shock her head. LOL we were like well she is not gonna open the store. -- we walked away and she opened the store ??

10 minutes later, and my lips still burn from how much salt was on my sandwich... I also had to reject one of them (I ordered 2) because the sandwich 'artist' today decide to try abstract sandwichry... I asked for more mayo on one of them, because he had put one very thin line of it, and I kid you not, full force squeezed out 5 more zigzag lines of mayo across my 6 inch sandwich. My veggies disappeared under the white mound... How do you go from one extreme to the other like that? I made a comment about it, that it was too much, and all he said was: 'That's all?' and proceeded to wrap it up, veggies and sauce oozing out everywhere... I told him I didn't want it because it was way too messy, and again, no acknowledgement about it, no 'I'll make you another one'... He just put it aside and rang me in for the other one... I've been to this location prooobably about 10 times before, and have had him before, and never had a bad experience, just little things here or there. But that sandwich was just a big gross mess, and the fact that he couldn't care less bothered me.

I had great experience with this subway. Employees are very professional and friendly. Good work guys keep it up.

Not bad. Consistent with other subways. The meatball sub is hot and perfect with cheese. All toppings are covered which make things feel very clean. New looking store.

The staff was very miser and did not even ask what kind of chicken salad I want and went first to charge my card. Later as I told him the specification he said that will be more expensive so I agreed. But then he literally cut down the quantity and for two salad he gave as little quantity which was not more than 1.5....at most. Although he did not charge any more but I was amazed why he handled my order like that as it was not enough for us. In the end the quantity was certainly not commensurate with what he charged for, as I end up paying only a dollar or two less and got the quantity which was at least $5 less, on the top it was not how I wanted. Very bad experience, not going to this one again.

I ordered a simple sandwich- no fuss. Ended up with a completely different one that I cannot eat as I am allergic to cold-cut foods. Asked to have the right sandwich made- what's the big deal right? I can accomodate, mistakes happen. Employee had to call the manager on the phone and discuss the issue as I patiently waited. Line up forming behind me, the other employee failing behind to work on the queue. In the end, I was refused to be given a refund nor replaced my sandwich. Employee talked to her manager on the phone and was apparently instructed to inform me to return the next day so that he/she will deal with it then to check the camera and see if they can put the blame on me that I did not check that they are doing their jobs correctly. She had to defend herself that she asked what veggies I wanted and that I should've checked if she was doing the right sandwich then. I have been a customer of this specific store for almost ten years and never had I encountered a horrible service such as this one. I had to ask a reprint of the receipt as they never gave me one when I made my purchase to begin with! What will I be giving their manager if I ever step in this business establishment to clear up an issue of less than $10 worth of purchase?! Horrible horrible service. I can patiently wait even if the service is slow but this is just unacceptable. It's a fast food, quick and easy..... never happened! Will never return.
