Always love staying at a Marriott. Great location, relatively close to stations. Great location for shopping. The room is a little dated with carpet in the room. There is not a lot of places to rest all the paraphernalia that is associated with a trip. The left side of the bed only has the charge connections. The water pressure is great and the water is HOT...... so good The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Be warned there is another Pinnacle (Harborfront) across the street (we went there first-lol) We opted for the AAA rate with the daily breakfast. It was very good. The rooms (another couple joined us) were clean and comfortable. The hotel knew we were traveling with friends and put us right next to each other. Our king room had two comfortable arm chairs (so we didn't have to sit on the bed to read etc). The lighting was good, as was storage. The shower was nice, with good pressure and hot water. The location was great and we could walk to most places we wanted to see or take a quick Lyft, so we did not need a car. Great hotel.

Location is nice, the hotel is walking distance to shopping/restaurants/downtown attractions. Parking is expensive, but there's free street meter parking from 10pm-9am. The lobby is spacious and the business centre is to the right of the reception and the restaurant is to the left. The restaurant is worth checking out, but if you have lounge access you can just go to the back of the restaurant for free snacks and breakfast in the executive lounge, named "the Loft". The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view, but small and outdated. I didn't like the yellow/red/blue colour scheme in the hallway. There is a nice gym with a ton of different equipment. There was a trainer, I'm not sure if he's employed by the hotel but it looked like he worked there and he was not very friendly. The pool and hot tub can be accessed through the gym.

Very nice, easy to get places from, nice & quiet with a wonderful staff. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Vancouver BC

I had a really comfortable 4 night stay here. The walls are a bit thin but I lucked out with quiet neighbors on 3/4 nights. I ordered food in the first night and had to call to figure out where to throw away my left overs and the team was kind enough to come and get them from me. I also had a couple items shipped to the hotel and the concierge was super helpful in retrieving those items. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of sites / things to do / places to see in Vancouver. Highly recommend!

So to be fair, we stayed at a Four Seasons in another city prior to this hotel which probably taints my perspective. Plusses- loved the location, lobby, staff. There was live music during happy hour where fellow geriatrics had dinner at 4:30pm. The bellman from Syria was so informative and cool and really made our coming and going fun. The room did have a good coffee system which is always a plus. The handheld shower a blessing. And for some reason we ended up in an accessible room which left me neutral. The room was just a room. I never unpacked. It was kind of seedy and desperately needs a refresh. The carpet was a bit off putting and i wasn't comfortable barefoot. i was inexplicably incensed that the beds are not made nor towels refreshed until the third day. I'm all about ecological efforts but that's just plain cheap. I felt the place was pricey for mediocre guest rooms since we did not enjoy the lobby or pool or other up to date spaces.

The rooms are super small - like step up from cruise ship size rooms. Room also looks outdated. This surprised me, especially considering the rate to stay here. Staff are very helpful, professional, and accommodating. This made all the difference here. The in-house restaurant is very good, with excellent pricing in kids meals. Location superb for exploring Vancouver. You can walk to many places from the location.

Service has been amazing with our stay here. We had an early dinner at the restaurant and our server and food was great. We continued the night at the bar and the live acoustic music and bartender, Noel, made it such an awesome night. What an amazing way to celebrate our 25th anniversary! I would definitely come back here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Stayed here on a weekend. Hotel is really nice, very clean and beautiful Christmas decorations. Service is okay, they didn't explain everything to us. They inform us about breakfast and WiFi connection. Also, we requested extra towels it took a while for them to send it to us. We had to call them twice. Parking is $45 for self parking a day and valet $55 a day. For self parking you can park P3-P5 and not reserved area. Parking lot is very narrow. Breakfast is not free, $37 per person. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are bit small and crowded but it's very clean. It's in downtown Vancouver so it was great you can walk around the area and get food.

One of the better Marriott hotels we've stayed at. Courteous, down to earth and helpful staff made the stay wonderful even though there was construction super early in the morning. The rooms are quiet enough where the downtown hustle and bustle will not wake you up. Many restaurants, shops and Timmy's (Tim Hortons) are nearby so if you don't feel like staying around the hotel there are plenty of options within walking distance or a short Uber ride. This hotel is centrally located from public transit and lightrail to and from the airport (YVR). The added convenience will give you time to pack as much as you can into your trip. Would recommend this hotel if you want to be centrally located and run around town!
