Absolutely fantastic restaurant!! We went twice, once for the New Year's 8-course menu and once for lunch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our baby. They were so friendly as well. The food was excellent. So creative and fun. The flavors were amazing. Best latte I had in the city. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had an incredible dining experience. We tried the tasting menu and the food was excellent, with every dish showcasing remarkable flavors and attention to detail.
The staff were warm ( especially Matthew ) attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed, the atmosphere was both inviting and beautifully crafted.

One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the chef’s history and philosophy. It added such a personal touch to the meal, giving us a deeper appreciation for the creativity and passion behind each dish.

I’ll definitely be back!

We had the 6 course tasting menu at Le Clan last night. My husband and friend had the wine pairing while I had the non-alcoholic drink pairing. The evening was very enjoyable, the food was superb and my non-alcoholic drink was unexpectedly eye-opening. There is so much effort and complexity that went into each drink, which went from simple to very nuanced by the end of the meal. For me it was like having another tasting menu in liquid form. What  revelation!

The food was excellent, the flavours and combination were just right. The smoked clam was tender, the fish succulent, the rabbit was not dry, and the veal is just right. Even the dessert is an explosion of sweet, sour, chocolate and crunch. It was amazing.

As for service, it was one of the best. They accommodated my friend who was late (airline delayed). The sommelier and servers were knowledgeable and attentive.

What a memorable meal. One to remember.

Wanted to experience a tasting menu and this restaurant offered exactly that. Took the 6 course experience and every plate was very creative and had great flavors. Every dish was well explained, the wine pairing was perfect and service was top.

The only negative part was the time between services. It was rather long and the meal felt like it was being dragged on (3hrs).

My wife and I dined at Le Clan for a 5-course meal on December 28. The food was beautifully presented and packed with rich, delicious flavors. The creativity in each dish was truly impressive, and the ambience of the restaurant added to the experience—it’s a gorgeous setting.

However, one major issue was the long pauses between courses. We waited 40 minutes between the main course and dessert for an overall dining time of 3 hours which felt excessive. By that point, we were ready to leave and only received our dessert after speaking to the waiter—making it seem as though our table may have been forgotten.

While the food and atmosphere were great, the pacing and portions left something to be desired, especially given the price paid.

Middag på Le Clan var en av våra höjdpunkter under vår vecka i Quebec City. Interiören är mysig, och det smakfullt inredda rummet andas klass och lugn. Vi gick 6 rätters och jag valde vinparning och min partner gick för mocktailparning som var både en härlig upptäcktsfärd, original och väl - balanserad. Maten var utsökt, varje rätt gjord med sådan omsorg, med lokalt producerade råvaror av högsta kvalitet. Vi älskar att kocken arbetar med små producenter och arbetar med säsongens och superfärska råvaror. Varje rätt var ett konstverk i sig, ett godis för ögat och en fest i gommen. Om du vill ha en gastronomisk upplevelse i Quebec kan du verkligen gå ögonen stängda här!

Beställa pasta och sallad skulle göra en läcker lätt lunch för endast $ 10 CAD! För nybörjare i Quebec – notera att din faktura kommer att återspegla två avgifter – TVQ (provinsiell omsättningsskatt i Quebec) och TPS (federal skatt på varor och tjänster) som kommer att lägga till nästan 15 % på din totala faktura. Vi åt på Le Clan i Quebec City och tyckte att upplevelsen var lite för dyr och, ärligt talat, lite på den snobbiga sidan. Prix fixe menyn var ca $ 300 , vilket kändes brant för bett - stora portioner i en martinal - stil presentation. Bristen på val i menyn var också en besvikelse, eftersom IT lämnade lite utrymme för personliga preferenser. Vi hittade Le Clan helt av en slump under en matresa. IT var ett av provningsstoppen på en schemalagd matresa som sålde oss på att äta där nästa kväll. Stället har en riktigt cool känsla. Du går faktiskt in genom köket när du går in i restaurangen och hälsas av personalen. IT gav en välkomnande känsla. Vi beställde sex - rätters avsmakningsmeny, och varenda rätt var fantastisk. Allt var tallrik väl och smakade utsökt. De presenterar varje kurs och förklarar rätten. Vi dricker inte alkohol, så vi provade den alkoholfria parningen och blev imponerade av vad de serverade. Mockatailsen var utsökta och matchade varje rätt perfekt. Alla som arbetar där var super vänliga och verkligen gjorde natten känns personlig. I slutet av måltiden kände vi oss som en del av “klanen” — jag köpte även en av deras skjortor för att göra lite reklam för dem. Lätt en av de bästa måltiderna på hela vår resa. Om du är i Quebec City, gå till Le Clan. Du kommer inte att ångra IT — vi planerar redan att åka tillbaka nästa gång vi är i stan.

Kursmenyn var fantastisk med röding som överrätt. IT sa att den var kanderad, tillagad länge vid låg temperatur

föga imponerande minst sagt. åkte till Le Clan igår kväll och letade efter en provsmakning/parning upplevelse med min make/maka. servicen var förvirrande och kaotisk. tidpunkten för vinet för parning var ca 15 minuter före mat ankomsten, så du fick sitta och stirra på ditt glas under den perioden och titta på din vita blir kall. eller. . . du kunde titta på smulor som hade legat på bordet sedan brödkursen. mat var o. k. inte bra, inte för vad de försöker uppnå. vi lämnade efter den 4: e rätten, ingen ens brydde sig om att fråga varför. . . om jag var ägare jag skulle vara orolig för produkten som ställs ut där.

Jag organiserade en affärsgrupp middag för 9 par ( 18 personer totalt). Kvällen var FANTASTISK! Otrolig mat och vin parings. Detta är en av de bästa (om inte den bästa) gruppmåltider som jag någonsin har ätit! ! ! Stort skrik ut till Mathew (Maître D) och Laura (Sommelier) som det var båda otroligt! Mycket kunnig och professionell. Maten är av denna värld. - Ja. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera denna anläggning. Du kommer inte att bli besviken. Översta hyllan!

Underbar restaurang! Personal - utmärkt Service - utmärkt Vi valde att beställa från menyn vs prix fixe. Foie Gras - mums Sallad - så färsk Angusbiff - högkvalitativt kött, tillagat till perfektion - det var mycket mat Pommes frites är trippelstekta - de är utsökta! Vi var för mätta för dessert. Denna restaurang skulle vara vår go - till om vi bodde i QC!

Från det ögonblick vi kom in vi gjordes för att känna sig speciella. Jag tror inte att jag någonsin har hälsats så entusiastiskt! Jag trodde att det kanske hade blivit ett misstag och de misstog mig för sin sedan länge förlorade moster, hahaha! Servrarna var alla ofelbart vänliga och välkomnande. Rummen är mycket cool - du känner dig som om du är i någons hem, inte på en restaurang. Det finns ett särskilt coolt bord för två som är uppställd som en bar, så att du är bredvid din partner, med utsikt över rummet. Maten är superb - intressant och annorlunda, och. . . viktigast av allt, utsökt! Vilken rolig upplevelse. Så glad att vår concierge rekommenderade det! Mycket nära till hotellet, (Chateau Frontenac) också, vilket gjorde det bekvämt på en rouge natt!

Vi hade en hemsk dag, flyget försenat, flyget inställt, bagaget förlorat. Vi kom knappt till Le Clan. De fick oss att känna sig så välkomna, tog hand om bilen (parkering i Gamla Quebec är omöjligt). Mailen ( 5 rätters avsmakningsmeny) var fantastisk. Varje objekt inte bara ett konstverk utan smakade också fantastiskt. Jag önskar verkligen att jag kunde ge det mer än 5 stjärnor eftersom jag skulle. Tjänsten var av denna värld.

Vi stannade till för en sen lunch och hade en bra tid. Personalen är mycket välkomnande. Matlagningen var utmärkt. De har en meny som ger fullständiga måltider eller tapas som portioner om du vill prova. Massor av variation. Gåslevern var rik och smakrik. Hummer korv poutine och en anka maträtt var också bra val. Fin vinlista. Vänlig och effektiv service.

Vilken vacker och eklektisk plats. Jag är så tacksam att vi bestämde oss för att gå med på lite drinkar och middag. Historien, den vänliga personalen och erfarenheten är bortom allt jag någonsin upplevt. Vinvalen är exceptionella och drinkarna är en fröjd. Maten är lätt, intrikat och utsökt. Om du är redo för en upplevelse, liten tallrik, high end måltid - detta är platsen att gå.
