Went here for a fun experience and left absolutely glowing. You’re greeted so warmly coming in, with every chef working as a server as well creating this really cool harmony within the restaurant. I saw them make everything in front of us and each dish was explained throughly. Highly recommend a wine pairing since their wine choices are super unique. My biggest thing I’ll take from this restaurant is how open and warm all the chefs were. Fantastic people and fantastic cuisine, if you’re looking for a fun and full sensory experience, I highly recommend!!

Excellent service, I appreciated how all the servers were able to accommodate us by presenting each dish and wine pairing in English - the team was kind and passionate about what they do!  The experience of watching them create dishes in front of you is great as well with casual music and a trendy/upbeat atmosphere - fine dining without the pretentious or stuffy environment - well done!

Food was great!  A few dishes we loved, a couple were not quite to our taste - but were well executed and may be to others taste. As a place with a rotating/seasonal menu, I would certainly not hesitate to come back and try more dishes!

We had a fantastic meal at ARVI. High quality food made from local and in season ingredients and excellent wine pairings. It's also quite the show in an open kitchen with every chef sharing all responbilities, both FOH and BOH.

This was a wonderful dining experience. The servers/chefs are so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious. Inventive and well-executed. We had 1 of the meat tasting menu and 1 of the vegetable tasting menu so we could try it all. Both were great. We also had a couple drinks that were very tasty, including one left to the discretion of our server/chef/mixologist :)

One of the best service and food experiences we've ever had. The chef's act as the servers and were welcoming from start to finish. One of the most personable services, with a custom menu built to fit our dietary restrictions.

The food was incredible both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Easily one of the best restaurants in Quebec City.

Middag för 2 på Arvi var så nära perfekt som möjligt. Servicen från teamet var vänlig och informativ eftersom varje rätt från avsmakningsmenyn förklarades för oss. Maten var enastående. Varje tallrik var en unik skapelse som var smakfull och presenterades vackert. Val av vinpar fungerade bra med allt. Vi kände oss aldrig stressade när vi arbetade oss igenom avsmakningsmenyn och teamet var varmt genomgående. Arvi är inte någonstans att äta innan en annan händelse. Arvi är händelsen!

Så mycket eftertanke och omsorg till detaljer tas på alla nivåer, från avsmakningsmenyn, vinalternativ, service och minimalistisk atmosfär som är mycket inbjudande. Detta var vår 2: a besök i arvi, och väl värt det igen. Vi tycker verkligen om det faktum att all personal gör vad som måste göras vid varje given tidpunkt, de fortsätter där den andra slutade. Det är en trevlig inställning till middagar och med det faktum att restaurangerna var packade på en blåsig snöig februarinatt som det var på en vacker sommar en betyder att det fungerar! Väl värt ett besök om du är i Quebec City, tveka inte bort det är en kort vandring från hjärtat av gamla Quebec City.

Detta var vår andra resa till ARVI och det var lika underbart som den första! Menyn, maten och servicen är alla oklanderliga! Ett måste-försök!

Att äta på Arvi är en uppslukande upplevelse i sig. Vi besöker Arvi då och då, för att njuta av din ständigt föränderliga meny (jag tror att de uppdaterar den varje månad? ). Vi lämnar alltid platsen fylld med bra vibe. En ironisk blandning av enkelhet och komplexitet av smaker i varje tallrik är en självklarhet. Atmosfären i köket och personalen är pålägg. Vi ser fram emot vårt nästa besök!

Vill du ha en avsmakningsmeny middag i Quebec - gå hit! Den fantastiska visppotatisen var bland de 5 bästa sakerna jag någonsin ätit! Det öppna köket var bra att titta på. Servrarna var äkta. Alla accepterade vår dåliga franska & talade engelska med oss. Bra idé.

Detta var vår andra gången på ARVi och det levererade 5 stjärnor igen. Allt är kreativt, superfräscht, lätt och grönt framåt. Definitivt vår favoritplats i Quebec City.

Helt fruktansvärt. Det här var den värsta matupplevelsen i mitt liv. Lita inte på recensioner från ”lokala guider” som är i Sydamerika. Vi hade avsmakningsmenyn och var tvungna att betala för hela måltiden i förväg, $ 110 per person. Hade vi inte gjort det hade vi gått härifrån omedelbart. Matsalen är mycket liten och inte modern. Vi fick ett bord för fyra som var två feljusterade två toppar tillsammans. Vi var bokstavligen ovanpå köket, och kunde känna värmen från spisen. Det fanns ingen servitör, maten kom över av ”kockarna” och parsningen var fruktansvärd. Fick betala extra avgift för brödet och smöret (som var mycket bra) och foie gras (som också var bra, men skivad ungefär lika tunn som bit av deli kött. Inget speciellt med cocktails. Vi bad om att få smaka lite vitt vin och min kollega och jag gjorde båda samma sura min i samma sekund som vi smakade det. Portionerna är otroligt små och det finns inget nötkött eller choklad på menyn. Vattenmelongraniten gjorde den för kall för att smaka på tonfisken, vilket jag hade problem med att hitta, förmodligen genom design. Hälleflundran och rostade moroten var goda. Auberginerätten var smaklös. Den lilla biten Gunieafowl var god och lagad ordentligt, men ”såserna” var väldigt enkla och gick inte bra. Efterrätten var en liten rund bit äppelkaka. Sammanfattningsvis var stämningen fruktansvärd, servicen var fruktansvärd, några av rätterna var OK men annars helt slapp, portionerna var för små även för en avsmakningsmeny, och de sparade mycket på matkostnaderna genom att använda mestadels grönsaker och fågel. Priset var ALLDELES FÖR DYRT och denna ”restaurang” utger sig för att vara en fin restauranganläggning även om de flesta i personalen inte verkar veta något om vin eller mat.

Åt här igår kväll. Jag har haft turen att ha ätit på ett antal Michelin Star restauranger i mitt liv. Denna restaurang är bättre än ett antal av dem! Från det ögonblick du går in, personalen är fantastisk. Sättet de förklarar menyn och ger dryckesrekommendationer är av högsta kvalitet. All personal gör allt som är riktigt bra, eftersom du får chatta med dem alla. Passionen de har för det de gör kommer tydligt igenom. Sen var maten utomjordisk. Den fasta menyn var fantastisk. Allt låg på tallriken av en anledning. Jag kunde inte rekommendera denna plats nog!

Fem stjärnor räcker inte. Otrolig mat, otrolig service, bra miljö med öppet kök. Vi gjorde avsmakningsmenyn med vinparningen. Liten restaurang där vi tillbringade tre timmar med att njuta av middagen. Som att vara i Frankrike. Rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang. Älskar Quebec och ser fram emot att äta här igen.

Vi letade efter något speciellt - och det hittade vi. Välj kött- eller vegi-meny. 5 kurser. Lägg till ytterligare rätter om du är hungrig (kantarellerna var definitivt värt det).
