Stunning! My goodness, the decor in this place is outstanding! 10/10! Very elegant and beautiful, perfect for a date night! The food was tasty, definitely made with really high quality ingredients and the plating was done so beautifully. I did find the portions a little smaller than I’d like, but I enjoyed the experience that the food brought me. Have you heard of a show called “the menu”? Ya, this place is right up there when it comes to flavours and giving you an experience. Our server explained every single thing that he served and answered all of our questions. It’s extremely pricey for a vegetarian meal, but the experience really pushes it over the top and worth it at least once. Give this spot a shot!

I loved the 6 course vegan tasting menu! I appreciated the use of seasonal ingredients and the use of textures throughout the dishes. The service was exceptional, and the space feels elegant and cozy. I'm glad this exists within Quebec City! Will definitely return!!

Our hotel concierge booked a last minute reservation for us at this amazing restaurant! We ordered the Raw and Cooked Oysters, Roasted Duck and Smoked Squash, the Guinea fowl & cauliflower and a vegan pasta dish. Be careful not to order dishes with repeat ingredients together. All dished were in huge portions. This restaurant is highly recommended!

I often give out 5 stars but they are relative.  A good food truck 5 star obviously not the same as a nice restaurant.  L'Orygine however is a 5 star on any scale.  We had the tasting menu and wine pairing.  Unbelievable!!!!  Service was extremely attentive and accommodating.  So very happy we found this spot.

An absolutely phenomenal dining experience from start to finish! This French restaurant in Quebec completely exceeded our expectations. All the food is locally sourced, which truly enhances the freshness and flavor of every dish. We started our evening in the charming speakeasy for a cocktail, where David crafted one of the most delicious drinks we’ve ever had—such a fun and cozy vibe!

At the restaurant, we were lucky enough to have William as our server, and he was simply outstanding. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome at every turn. The food? Simply to die for. Every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

This place is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re in Quebec, do yourself a favor and make a reservation—you won’t regret it!
