I booked a reservation this evening because I never tried a Michelin Star Resturant, and frankly, I never will again. $22 for a single scallop; obnoxious. The risotto that accompanied it was grainy and undercooked. (I detest a restaurant that gives an odd number of any appitizer for an even nu1mber if people....) Could have got a lb of scallops at the fish market for that price. The scallop itself was delicious, however. The Foie gras was probably the best portion and best tasting part of the meal for the price. I was filled and satisfied. The house bread was good, but the butter could have been slightly warmed to allow for easy spreading. I had two orders because, well, you get hungry after sharing a single scallop. The waitress was very nice, helpful, and polite, she's the real deal.  Now, we were all excited for the beef tenderloin (which we were told was a 6-7oz Filet Mignon). However, the Filet is a part of the tenderloin, and a tenderloin is not necessarily the Filet (which it wasn't). 4 small strips of choice cut steak (did you think you would get Prime for $56?) had a very flavorless yet tender appeal. After adding a heavy helping of salt to amplify the flavor, my wife asked me, "Do you think they have A1 steak sauce?" The potato coquette that accompanied the steak was good. I liked it, but the wife said hers was undercooked on the inside. The yellowish, greenish paste/sauce that was included on the plate reminded me of black licorice and was very unappealing to us both. The two glasses of Pinot Noir were fabulous! Helped to wash out the taste of the meal. The presentation of the meal was nice.

For almost $250 after tax and tip, however, write this post from McDonald's parking lot as we finish our frys...

The food is amazing, the service is top tier and the atmosphere is the topping on the cake. I had great dinner with friends and family.

It’s been a while I haven’t had such a good meal. If you’re two, I recommend the four course meal that includes a starter, soup, main meal,  dessert and a bottle of wine. Everything was simply perfect! Definitely coming back

What a nice restaurant. Went hear few days before the saint Valentine and they had a special menu.
All the items where really delicious. Really liked the Cod fish. The starters were also very well done (check the pictures).
The service at this restaurant is very good and they are very accommodating.
Also like the atmosphere. The chairs are very comfortable too.
Keep it up.

The service, wine suggestions and atmosphere were excellent, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the New Year Eve’s dinner, to many types of ingredients mixed into tasteless offering. The veal tartare served on raw oysters was by far the best part of my dinner.

Jag har haft frukost här vid ett par tillfällen när du bor på Alt hotel intill. Aldrig haft en bra frukost men förra veckan var särskilt nedslående. Mina ägg Benedict var inte pocherade men hårt kokta som. Torr och överkokt. Skinkan var smaklös strimlad porc. Den enda återlösande funktionen var vänlig och uppmärksam service. Jag kan inte rekommendera denna restaurang till frukost.

Mina ägg var overcooked, bacon var mer än vanliga, den vanliga sorteringen av frukter, bara en del av uppfödda och kaffet var inte bra. Enda bra var tjänsten.

Det är alltid ett nöje att återvända. Det är alltid en favorit, stort värde och stor upplevelse. Detta är plats att stanna när du är i stan.

Jag har ätit på Le Bistango minst ett dussin gånger under de senaste 20 åren och det är alltid en favorit av mig i Qu bec City. Klassiskt kök som inte svika. Jag rekommenderar något av kötträtterna: tartare och pommes frites är läckra, liksom husskäret. Vinlistan är mycket bra. Jag rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang om du besöker Qu bec City.

Trevlig restaurang med fin inredning. Det var en stor upplevelse för lunch och värt vartenda öre. Personalen är trevlig och artig. Stort värde för pengarna. Den enda nackdelen är parkeringen. Gå med betjänsten eller bara på parkeringsplatsen av Place Laurier framför platsen.

Restaurangen ligger i en mycket tillgänglig plats, maten är stor, portionerna är perfekta. Menyn är varierad och skådespelare till många paletter.

Vi kom över denna restaurang när du letar efter middagsplats körning ner på gatan från våra hotell. Denna restaurang råkar vara associerad med hotellet tvärs över gatan där vi hade gratis parkering i ett köpcentrum. Detta verkar vara en populär fransk matplats i området; servitören / servitrisen och värden alla klädda avslappet. Vår servitör visste inte någon av den engelska översättningen av den franska maten vi försökte beställa men kunden på nästa bord hjälpte lite i denna aspekt som förklarar den vita fisken var faktiskt torsk. Vi alla gillade vår Beef Tartare aptitretare. Våra middagstillbehör inkluderar lax tartare tallrik, Poisson Du Marche (torskfisk), Jarret Agneau (kalvkött) och Bistagno Seafood Linguine. Rätterna var alla väl presenterade och vi hittade lax tartaren särskilt imponerande. Jag hittade min kötträtt mycket mjukt men underkryddat. Vi beställde också två desserter att dela. Totalt skulle jag rekommendera denna plats för bra restauranger, vänlig service och informell avslappnad atmosfär.

Affiliated med Hotel Alt som vi bodde i, erbjuder det utmärkt fransk mat till inte över - de bästa priserna. Vi njöt av en kalvköttskål utmärkt förberedd. Vinet var rimligt.

Åt middag här med en kollega på en av de senaste affärsresa. Fann att maten var utmärkt. Vi bodde på ett lokalt hotell så det fanns ett fiskalt incitament att äta på denna restaurang. Den Chablis var utmärkt.

Vi har tidigare haft frukost på Le Bistango (se min recension "Frukost på Le Bistango" från 1 oktober 2016), men det här är första gången vi har varit där för kvällsmåltid. Vi blev inte besvikna. Som alltid fann vi tjänsten vänlig och uppmärksam och maten mycket bra. Vi började med en soppa och fortsatte med två huvudrätter: Fusilli au pouletgrill, pesto de poivrons rotis, amandes, tomates cerises et roquette och Saumon, balsamique blanc, salads d'asperges, pistaches och perles de mangue. Vi var mycket nöjda med båda. Vi slutade med dagens efterrätt. Vi noterade också närvaron av vissa "foodies" som åtnjuter gott om bilder av tallrikarna när de kom ut ur köket. Resenärens tips: Om du bor på det närbelägna Alt Qu bec-hotellet, var noga med att utnyttja den speciella affären: soppa och öken utan kostnad med inköp av huvud och rabatt på vissa flaskor vin.

Goda smaker och konsistenser, fantastiska viner till rimliga priser, och mycket kreativa rätter. Dela trevlig restaurang personal. Sammantaget rekommenderas starkt om du besöker Quebec city. Prova deras långsam lagade kort Rib poutine ;)

Vi åkte dit för kvällsmat och vi bodde på hotellet Alt. När du bor på hotellet du får en soppa samt ett dessert med någon " à la carte " tallrik. Det var jättegott. De har en mycket bra vinlista. Servicen var oklanderlig och vänlig. Gör en bokning innan du åker. Det finns en parkering framför restaurangen för dem som inte bor på hotellet.

Under åren, denna restaurang har alltid hade utmärkt mat och service (samma personal, mycket konstant) för lunch eller middag. Pris är ganska bra för kvaliteten på maten

Stannade i för en sval en efter en mycket hektisk dag och stannar. Personalen verkade likgiltig och service var långsam. Slöseri med tid då ölen var varmt. Lite grann dyr.
