I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. For the starter, I had the "Shanghai Style Smoked Fish with Plum Sauce" , and I was surprised by how fresh and well-marinated it was. I usually don’t enjoy seafood, but this dish truly impressed me.

Then came the "Quanjude Signature Beijing Duck", which was incredible, the slices were perfectly cut, with crispy skin  and flavorful meat. I also tried the "Angus Beef Cubes with Asparagus and Pecans", and the beef was so tender and juicy. For vegetables, I went with the "Rainbow Medley of Vegetables", and I loved how beautifully it was presented! It was not only visually appealing but also fresh and healthy.

Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff were very attentive and patient,  making a great experience for me. when I couldn’t finish the duck, they thoughtfully packed it to go and provided a fresh set of sauce, scallions, and cucumber, ensuring I could enjoy it again at home!

One of the most expensive meals in my life at almost $350 per person with tips and no wine. Well Christmas, Birthday, New Year and Anniversary celebration. Good service, great servers, even if I accidentally broke a wine glass. Each dish was a work of art and explosion of textures and flavor. The duck was the highlight and was excellent. I probably will go with duck 2 ways once I save up again.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our server William made the experience even better by providing clear explanations and creating a comfortable environment. William was our host and he was awesome. He told us to look at the ceiling and showed us the connection of Vancouver and Beijing. Food was great! We’ve been to Mott 32 and prefer the duck here much more! The garlic chicken was so good. The beef and asparagus was also great.
