This place was amazing.  Placing this as my top must go when I'm back in Vancouver.

We tried the 135 Waterfront Kaiseki course meal.

My wife and I enjoyed every bit of the menu.

The staff were very professional and kind.  We arrived a bit early (30 mins) and were accommodated fast.

The course meal was pure art and heavenly.

The service is world class; our waiter Vincent H. is knowledgeable, attentive, and always happy to offer great recommendations. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with stunning waterfront views that make the dining experience even more special. We were there celebrating our anniversary, and Miku never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Miku, you have the best service out of anywhere I've ever been in my life, and I've been to a lot of places. It actually changed my perspective on how the industry could be great. Excellency can be achieved. Your service was basically flawless.You never ever left my glass unfilled.You never interrupted anything in our conversations with our dinner. You were patient and accommodated everything that was needed without even asking!? Pure perfection. NEVER felt like you were rushing us to leave at any point or made us feel uncomfortable for trying new foods.
The only thing that I wish is that you guys cooked more because the things that you did cook were amazing. I went to hundreds of restaurants looking for a good calamari, and you have it! it was crunchy, well cooked, and gorgeous presentations. The experience was mind blowingly good. I will remember you guys for the rest of my life with how amazing you were. Thank you for making not only hope for our industry to be great but the amazing few hrs of joy you gave us for dinner.

Presentation of the food was stunning and the fish was very fresh, melts in your mouth.
The sauce for the pan seared scallops was so good, although pretty small portion for the price. The miku special was a great mix of different sushi selection to try and taste and the waterfront platter was beautiful and full of flavour & different textures. Service could be a bit faster (took a while to pay the bill) but there is good time in between for conversations and a good atmosphere overall

We wanted to treat the kids to a fancy Japanese lunch and Miku was the top choice. It's absolutely worth five stars and more. The miso soup was the best I've had (and I lived in Japan for five years). The ebi fritters and calamari were perfect (and eaten so quickly I couldn't get a photo). The sushi was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Gorgeous dining room and professional table service.
