Underwhelming experience as we had high expectations after hearing about it from friends and family and on social media.

The service was quite slow as our first dish of bolo pasta and bread were served after an hour of arrival. By the time it reached our mouths, it was cold. The pasta was too sweet, it reminded me of Jollibee’s pasta.

The half chicken and ribs were good; however, we discovered hair on our ribs which was disappointing as well.

Our server was nice but it was obvious they were overwhelmed with service and had trouble tending to their tables.

Sad that this place is closing. Happy that I caught it before it did and that the owners have more restaurants I can try. They seem lovely and this place is great.

Loved the Lamb Ragu - nice little bit of spice, the garlic pieces were some of my favourite part, the lamb was soft and mild. The big noodles were the loveliest amount of cooked and al dente.

I had the apple pie cannoli cautiously because I don’t usually love cannoli (sorry cannoli and cannoli lovers). I liked it so much I got another one to go and the banana one too to try at home. Yum!

The bread was great with the sauce. I wish it had been more heated but it was still good and I didn’t want to complain.

I have another reservation for next weekend and am looking forward to trying to Spaghetti Bolo. It looked great on other peoples’ plates.

Has coca-cola (not on the menu) but each pop of a glass is $3. Will overload myself on cola before so I can just have the one next time hehe.

Balanced vibes with hip couples, families, and buddies. Semi-casual folks with lots of tattoos and folks with gorgeous garb and in between. Service was kind and attentive. Try it if you can get a spot still! I’m looking forward to trying the other ones - MacKenzie Room and Collective (?).

The flavour profiles of the pastas did not work well in my opinion. One sauce was overly spicy while the other was overly sweet.

The waitress was pleasant but clearly overwhelmed with the number of tables. Getting the bill and paying took almost 25 minutes.

In regard to the atmosphere, it was way too loud and the seating was cramped.

Thank you for your incredible dishes, they have truly been the best this city has to offer. The Parker rolls, caesar salad and bbq bolo are unforgettable, but let’s be honest Jesus Take the Wheel is always the best choice as you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes :) Thank you to your kind attentive and awesome staff, we are always so well taken care of when we dine at Say Mercy. Was craving Italian with a twist and heard great things about this place so we decided to check it out. We went on a Thursday which is their pasta + wine special. Their menu is small which I actually like so it's not overwhelming. We shared their backyard caesar, bbq bolo (bomb) and potato agnolotti paired with their red wine. I was pleasantly surprised with their italian/bbq concept and would come back to try out their other items as the waitress mentioned, they switch up their dishes seasonally. As they have recieved some accolates, they do book up quickly so I recommend book a table in advance. Parking is easy to find on Fraser and the ambiance is very elegant, yet homey. I do recommend coming to try them out if you've never been and I think you would leave satisfied and happy!
