Cool vibe, but the loud music made it hard to chat.

The nachos were on point and delicious! We loved the lemongrass chicken burrito, but the prawn burrito had few prawns and was mostly rice and veggies, though it tasted great.

Service was very slow—we waited ages for our mains and even longer for our drinks, needing to remind the waiters about our orders.

I went the vegetarian tacos and loved them. Quality beers on tap. Great service. My wife had many options for gluten free tacos as well. We were surprised how authentic it felt because it's so far from Mexico but it's spot on.

My partner and I came for dinner here and for the most part we enjoyed ourselves. I've been to the other branches but it was my first time coming to this branch and my partner hadn't been to Tacofino before. The atmosphere is good but loud so it's hard to talk and it's hard to think. In terms of food, yes the nachos and the tacos were yummy. It wasn't possible to order burritos, these can be ordered for take away or during lunch. There is one vegan taco option and one vegetarian taco option. I ordered one of each but it would be nice to have a few more options for vegetarians and/or vegans.

After 10 years in California and endless food trips to Mexico you can’t judge other tacos by those so I just think was it a good mouthful of food? Resounding yes for the Baja fish, crispiest tastiest batter I’ve ever eaten, plump juicy cod and delicious slaw and salsa. Top marks and the same for the tater tots, never wrong. Not so much the Al Pastor, meat was a bit dry and the flavors just weren’t there, same for the lamb birria quesadilla, nice but not quite there. Having said that I’d go back again and again for the fish taco, the friendly and efficient service and the vibe of the outside seating. It’s a very relaxed place to hang out
